Diane Kruger In BOSS – ‘In The Fade (Aus Dem Nichts)’ Cannes Photocall

It would seem that some of you were disappointed with Diane Kruger’s amfAR look, so you will be hoping that today’s (May 26) ‘In The Fade (Aus Dem Nichts)’ promotions during Cannes Film Festival will see the German actress on top form.

Well, she started off well donning a BOSS Fall 2017 dress featuring a daring cut-out which lends a touch of sartorial sass to the girlie silhouette.

The studded Self-Portrait x Robert Clergerie ‘Leyla’ suede sandals brings an edge to the look with the hair and makeup possessing a carefree spirit.

    This is cool thanks to those sick sandals!

    I love the cool sandals with it, but find the thinner spaghetti straps and necklace superfluous.

    The shoes make this look a bit too heavy IMO – not loving anything about it.

    The shoes are just too heavy with this dress. It shortens her and looks really odd.

    I need those shoes!!

    I set a wake up call for 2 minutes from now when to wake up from this snooze of a look.

    I would have preferred the red and not a fan of the shoes.

    Glad she changed the color. She looks fantastic.

    Do you think she’s changed stylists? Really surprised by all of her looks this Cannes…

      As far as I know, she doesn’t have a stylist, she’s styling herself and it has been like that for a couple years (she used to work with Kate Young, but that was back during her Inglorious Basterd days and for some Met Galas or magazine photoshoots here and there after that). But I notice that she did start to take her style into an a different, slightly edgier/sexier direction last year. But that comes down to herself and not some stylist.

      I guess she has her new boyfriend’s “rock style” now

    She looks great for a photocall, but that dress in the red color would have been fab on her.

    I actually prefer the black one – it looks cooler c;
    love the makeup, hair and jewels, not so crazy about the shoes – they do ground the look from beeing to obvious, still they’re kinda heavy.

    I wish she had worn the red version, but this is a cool outfit nonetheless.

    This is a really nice photocall look, but how good would she have looked in the lookbook color..?
