Matthew McConaughey attended the ‘Dallas Buyers Club’ premiere held at Cinema Barberini on Monday (January 27) in Rome, Italy.

No surprises that Matthew is wearing Dolce & Gabbana, especially considering he was in Italy.

The actor continued to mix things up wearing a three-piece suit with a printed jacket and vest, opting for solid black trousers and shirt with a maroon tie.

I like the look as presented. Crisp, sharp, clean and with a twist.
