Laura Harrier In Brock Collection & Louis Vuitton – Build Presents ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ & First Responders’ Screening

Laura Harrier was busy promoting her new movie ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ in New York City yesterday (June 26), making a stylish appearance during the Build discussion, before heading to the first responders’ screening.

Build Presents: There’s something nostalgic about this Brock Collection Fall 2017 peplum top and suiting trousers. It might be the flared trousers or the on-trend gingham print that’s making this look feel so romantically retro. The styling is on point, with the actresses’ trademark plum lip, with a pair of Nicholas Kirkwood ‘Penelope Pearl’ slingback pumps finishing this look perfectly. I’m not missing the runway belt. The look feels more relaxed without it.

First Responders’ Screening: Looking magnificent in monochrome, Laura once again opted for a co-ordinated top and trouser combo, this time from Louis Vuitton’s Resort 2018 collection. Effortlessly cool, the actress brought some edge to her Japanese inspired outfit with a hint of midriff, undone curls, and red lip, which all added some attitude. The fit couldn’t have been any better and the boxy masculine shoulders look great paired with the strappy black sandals.

Gabrielle Union takes Menswear Spring 2018 Paris Fashion Week by storm

Gabrielle Union has taken the Menswear Spring 2018 edition of Paris Fashion Week by style storm, as she’s had more outfit changes than some models with a record seven looks and counting. Equally impressive, Dwayne Wade has been a style-forward partner-in-crime almost every step of the way.

Valentino Show: At the Valentino show on Wednesday (June 21), Gabrielle started off the whirlwind week with a relaxed note in a breezy, flowing Valentino Pre-Fall 2017 floral gown. Sure, it was a glorified maxi dress, but I was so pleased to see it without the runway’s sweater top. Plus, it translated beautifully on her. Dwayne Wade stood close by with his best, trend-forward attitude in place. He suited up in a Valentino plaid ensemble that was embroidered and chain-accented for additional edge. It was likely no accident that the three-piece suit’s plum-and-mint colour palette referenced Gabrielle’s dress.

Naomi Campbell in Louis Vuitton – Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring 2018 Show

Naomi Campbell made a striking appearance at the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring 2018 show on Thursday (June 22), in Paris.

The model was rocking a reinvented Hawaiian print shirt complete with a fun and fashionable red flower print- the same shirt was then seen heading down the Louis Vuitton Spring Menswear runway.

Naomi’s gold accessories helped to elevate this look and cast the Hawaiian shirt in a new light.

The organza veiling also added a lux touch to this ensemble, but did the hairstyle and heavy boots fit this aesthetic?

Emma Watson In Louis Vuitton – ‘The Circle’ Paris Photocall

After the premiere of ‘The Circle,’ Emma Watson was back on the red carpet for the film’s photocall today (June 22) in Paris.

Recommencing a forward-looking edginess, she turned her style 180 degrees from her premiere gown with this Louis Vuitton Resort 2018 statement.

While it may not be to everyone’s taste, I loved the strength with which she rocked the sheer metallic-embellished dress worn over the printed T-shirt.

It was unexpected—and a bit subversive—and somehow quite youthfully fresh on Emma.

Sophisticated Santoni heels, a M2Malletier black suede mini bucket bag and a simple updo rounded out the look on a clean, polished finish.

Fan Bingbing In Louis Vuitton – ‘The Amazing Race China’ Press Conference

With her chequered racing flag pattern on, Fan Bingbing was at the press conference for popular TV series ‘The Amazing Race China 4’ on Sunday (June 11) in Beijing.

We’ve seen the Louis Vuitton Spring 2017 collection in a number of outings with mixed results. On this occasion, there was an eye-catching panache with which Fan wore this graphic, black-and-white design that was half chess board, half Yayoi Kusama spots.

As we would expect, the shoes were of the stacked, platform variety with the silver-metallic hue picking up on the dress’s swirl of embellishment.

Her braid and curls added a side-swept softness to the look, but it could have easily withstood a sleek updo for a touch of inspired sleekness.

Riley Keough In Givenchy & Louis Vuitton – The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon & ‘It Comes At Night’ New York Premiere

Riley Keough had a busy day on Monday (June 5) promoting her new film, ‘It Comes At Night’. The actress started off on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ before shooting off to the New York premiere.

The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Riley looked fun and flirty as she chatted to Jimmy Fallon in a Givenchy dress. I love her big 80’s style ringlets and on-trend red lip. The masculine pinstripes on the dress and thick straps complimented the feminine lace detailing and strappy sandals. Whilst the silhouette itself is uninspired, the ensemble as a whole is youthful and carefree.

‘It Comes At Night’ New York Premiere: I love the dark romance of this Louis Vuitton Resort 2018 dress. There’s something moody and gothic about this look, which is typical of the whole collection. The layering of textures, also a common thread in the collection, adds some edge here. The Louis Vuitton Petie-Malle clutch adds to the rebellious vibe, as does the deep red lip.

Cannes Film Festival Day 7 Red Carpet Roundup

Day 7 of the Cannes Film Festival brought with it some stunning entrances as part of the 70th anniversary celebration. Here are more looks that took to the red carpet on Tuesday (May 23)

Irina Shayk: The model wasn’t at the 70th screening but she was at the ‘Hikari (Radiance)’ premiere, where it would seem to have taken the title of the film into account in her lemon-bright Atelier Versace custom gown styled with Lorraine Schwartz canary yellow diamonds to match. The dress was not only sheer Versace with its ruched, slit seductiveness, it was also sheer through and through although its lemony hue somewhat distracted from the see-through effect.

Bianca Balti: For the 70th anniversary screening, Bianca opted for a Dolce and Gabbana Alta Moda embroidered gown styled with DeGrisogono statement earrings. With a faint kimono-esque style, the dress held a sense of restrained elegance—although I did find the embellished heels to be unnecessary to complete the picture.
