Lucy Hale In Julien Macdonald – 2013 CMA Awards

Lucy Hale In Julien Macdonald - 2013 CMA Awards

Lucy Hale attended the 47th annual CMA Awards held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee yesterday evening.

The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ star wore a Julien Macdonald Spring 2013 floaty layered grey-and-blush-coloured halter dress with a rise-and-fall hemline and a gold embellished neckline.

When we think of a Julien Macdonald dress we think of the look being overtly sexy, but here Lucy picked one of the designers tamer pieces which suits her sweet personality.

A selection of jewels from Joan Hornig, Dana Rebecca Designs and EF Collection plus a gold clutch and nude Ruthie Davis ‘West Palm’ sandals accessorized her look with a copper lip colour and side swept brunette waves providing the finishing touches.

Attitude Magazine Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Attitude Magazine Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup of some of the other looks from the Attitude Magazine Awards held at the Royal Courts of Justice in London yesterday evening.

Abbey Clancy: The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star wore a black Julien Macdonald scoop-neck gown which I thought was fairly demure for the TV presenter – until I got halfway down her frock, which had sheer panels starting at her crotch.

Ellie Goulding: As always I find myself totally underwhelmed by the British singer. Even wearing this cut-out Roberto Cavalli gown with a thigh-high slit and uninspiring pumps, all I can think about is how bored I am with the same hair and makeup she works whenever she hits the red carpet.

Pixie Lott: A brown velvet onesie (I refuse to call this a jumpsuit) with animal print fur trims? Really?

Eliza Doolittle In Julien Macdonald – Attitude Magazine Awards

Eliza Doolittle attended the Attitude Magazine Awards held at the Royal Courts of Justice in London yesterday evening.

Like Myleene Klass, Eliza also opted for a sexy look. The difference is Myleene was just being sexy whereas Eliza was forcing the issue and trying way too hard.

Wearing a Julien MacDonald dress featuring a belly-grazing plunge and a central slit up to the inner thigh, one doesn’t need to pose in such a provocative way as the dress is already making the statement.

Had she reined in the pose, I could’ve applauded this risqué look.

Kurt Geiger London ‘Anja’ pumps and a butterfly accent clutch provided the finishing touches.

Georgia May Jagger In Christopher Kane & Julien MacDonald – Rimmel London: ’180 Years Of Cool’ Photocall & Party

Georgia May Jagger In Christopher Kane & Julien MacDonald - Rimmel London ’180 Years Of Cool’ Photocall & Party

Georgia May Jagger joined Rita Ora for both the Rimmel London 180 Years Of Cool photocall and party yesterday, held at The Savoy Hotel and London Film Museum respectively. For both occasions she donned British designers.

Photocall: A Christopher Kane dress had a third outing this week, as the model selected a striking macramé lace dress from the Fall 2013 collection which is an incredible feat of craftsmanship. Her navy head-turning choice was styled with lace-up booties and a watermelon lip colour courtesy of Rimmel London.

Party: Her after-party look was even more sultry as she evoked 70s glamour, opting for big hair and bolder makeup, wearing a dazzling Julien MacDonald Fall 2013 silver frock with fringe detailing on the shoulders which probably weighed a ton, but she made it look so effortless.

Kimberly Wyatt In Julien Macdonald – 2013 Pride of Britain Awards

Kimberly Wyatt In Julien Macdonald - 2013 Pride of Britain Awards

Kimberly Wyatt attended the Pride of Britain Awards held at Grosvenor House in London yesterday evening alongside her former Pussycat Dolls bandmate Nicole Scherzinger.

Looking très tragique, the TV host wore a Julien Macdonald Spring 2012 frock.

This sliced-and-diced dress, which looks like it could be caught in her underwear, worked on the runway but didn’t translate in any positive way on the red carpet.
