Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party Red Carpet Roundup

Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party Red Carpet Roundup

A host of PYTs joined Kiernan Shipka for the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood party on Friday (October 2) in Beverly Hills, California, and it would appear that it was only Kiernan who brought some colour to this party.

Victoria Justice: The actress’ shiny Armani suit had plenty of disco-fever but it failed to excite.

Sarah Hyland: The ‘Modern Family’ actress was definitely in the party spirit wearing a Vatanika Resort 2016 mini styled with Giuseppe Zanotti silver sandals.

Halston Sage: While I love the idea behind her black and white Armani suit, the vest doesn’t appear to fit very well. Louboutin heels and a Elisabeth Weinstock clutch completed the dual-colour theme.

2015 Emmy Awards Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Emmy Men

Lest you think we had left out the dapper gents at the 2015 Emmy Awards, here is a roundup of the menswear moments that took to the red carpet at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night (September 20).

Alan Cumming: ‘The Good Wife’ actor and nominee was clearly moonlighting as a clown—albeit a very elegantly dressed one—in this Vivienne Westwood MAN Spring 2016 gray three-piece suit combination. The supersized pants were rather comical but it’s the Crocs shoes and umbrella prop that really magnified this sartorial stunt.

Hugh Dancy
: Standing alongside wife Claire Danes, Hugh was handsomely attired in Ralph Lauren Black Label black suit that was a classically formal and very fine offering.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup 18 sept

Here’s the final roundup of the leading men who have been escorting their leading ladies down the red carpets of London and Toronto this week.

Adrien Brody: The actor joined Salma Hayek for the ‘Septembers of Shiraz’ premiere during the 2015 Toronto Film Festival on Tuesday (September 15).  Once again he was cultivating sophistication wearing a Dior Homme charcoal wool Prince de Galles suit.

Ryan Reynolds: The actor was looking oh so handsome on the red carpet for the ‘Mississippi Grind’ premiere during Toronto Film Festival on Wednesday (September 16). I love his navy Burberry Tailoring suit for its modern-classic vibes.

Dev Patel: While we usually associate the British actor with colourful suits, but he kept his Burberry Tailoring look simple, yet modern for ‘The Man Who Knew Infinity’ Toronto Film Festival premiere on Thursday (September 17).  I love how he injected some personality into the look via the camo tie.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

men 1

With the GQ Men of the Year Awards as well as a few other key premieres, the men have made a fine showing the past few days. Here, a look at their ensembles.

David Gandy: Forever cutting a striking profile, David showed us all how a classic tux should be worn at the GQ Men of the Year Awards at The Royal Opera House in London, England on Tuesday (September 8).

Jake Gyllenhaal: The double-breasted coat isn’t always easy to wear, but Jake pulls it off in this head-to-toe Salvatore Ferragamo ensemble at the ‘Everest’ premiere at the TCL Chinese 6 Theatres in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday (September 9). The baby-blue shirt, which reflected his eyes, was the best decision here.

Samuel L. Jackson: Acting as host of the GQ Men of the Year Awards, the actor was debonair in a polished Giorgio Armani head-to-toe look. I loved the monochromatic nature of the ensemble elevated by the slight contrast of the satin lapels and metallic bow tie.

Tom Cruise In Giorgio Armani – ‘Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation’ Premieres

Tom Cruise In Giorgio Armani - ‘Mission Impossible Rogue Nation’ New York Premiere

While we’ve focused on the lovely Rebecca Ferguson for the ‘Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation’ promo tour, Tom Cruise has also been present at the premieres in Vienna, London and New York where the handsome actor continues to show faith in Giorgio Armani.

Vienna: Armani created an exceptional tailored vision when creating this trimmed with satin, clean-cut classic tuxedo.

London: Channelling his inner banker, this grey and blue Armani three-piece combo was sartorially elegant with its streamline structured silhouette. This was eventually my favourite.

New York: Looking a bit windswept and creased, while I love the deep navy shade of the recent Armani outing, the grooming lets him down.

Which was your favourite?
