Giorgio Armani’s Spring 2013 modern collection focused on black, turquoise, and grey.

Beautifully tailored jackets fit like a glove paired with loose-fitted trousers.

The tailoring wasn’t always razor sharp, on occasion it was soft. We saw trousers, shorts, tunics, coats, dresses and gowns float down the runway as if they were barely touching the body, yet they seemed exquisitely moulded to the models through the use of liquid-like gossamer silk and organza.

For the evening Armani presented beaded jackets, sparkling evening dresses, a strapless dress with a turquoise beaded bodice, dresses paired with pants and a selection of printed pieces with a galaxy-esque print.

Each model had her hair pulled back into a vintage-style updo with a fascinator perched on top of her head.

Key accessories included a selection of clutches ranging from beaded to python, lady-like top-handle bags, beaded bracelets, strappy sandals, brogues, flats and a butterfly necklace.

Roxane Mesquida sparkled at the ‘Kiss of the Damned’ photocall during the 2012 Venice Film Festival.

For the event, Roxane wore a Giorgio Armani dress from the designer’s Fall 2012 collection.

This is the second time this week that this dress has a caught our eye – the first was on Nieves Alvarez and now here we have Roxane.

I think I prefer Roxane’s interpretation over Nieves. The 50s sci-fi cut and galaxy-esque embellishments need a strong attitude to make it shine, and Rozane definitely has the edge.

Feathered black statement heels, a messy bob and red manicure finish her look.

Emma Watson attended the ‘The Perks Of Being A Wallflower’ premiere in LA last night.

For the event, Emma wore a pale yellow Giorgio Armani gown, featuring long layers and scattered beading.

I’m not sure if Emma took the name of her film to heart when she chose this dress, but it is incredibly understated for the red carpet. It’s an interesting ensemble that gathers momentum rather than stuns immediately.

The neckline shows off her beautiful shoulders and the tiered skirt is pretty, even if it does slightly engulf her. I love the simple cross straps at the back too.

A nude eye, strong brow and tight French roll complete her look.

For ‘Solo Moda’ 16th show, Nieves Alvarez began with a splash of colour with a look from Giorgio Armani’s Fall 2012 collection, which she matched with sky-scraping Stella McCartney heels and a statement ring by Alexis Bittar.

The shorts and blazer were followed by at gorgeous pink Spring 2012 Tibi dress and classic Balmain Sandals. To pull the look together, Nieves added an MSGM belt and an Alexis Bittar bracelet.

You may remember she wore this same Armani jacket during Madrid Fashion Week.

For her final appearance, Nieves wore a Fall 2012 Ice Iceberg sheath dress featuring a twisted bust and neckline. Alexis Bittar earrings and simple Fall 2012 Giorgio Armani pumps completed her look.

Although each outfit has its merits, I would have to say the second is my favourite. The Tibi dress is stunning on her and the sandals and belt lift the look perfectly.

For this week’s ‘Solo Moda’ programme, Nieves Alvarez began with a Giorgio Armani dress embellished with Swarovski crystals.

The dress, which needed very little to bring it to life, was styled with a pair of Christian Louboutin sandals and a large ring by Alexis Bittar.

For the second look, Nieves chose understated elegance in a Calvin Klein dress from the designer’s Fall 2012 collection. Again she chose to accessorise with Alexis Bittar jewellery and Christian Louboutin shoes.

Nieves switched things up for her final look by adding a colour popping pair of  trousers to an embellished black shirt – both from Roberto Cavalli’s Fall 2012 collection – and a pair of pink and orange Manolo Blahnik sandals. Alexis Bittar once again provided the jewellery.

All three looks are beautiful, but my favourite is the Calvin Klein. Sometimes less is more and the Alexis Bittar bangles and patterned Louboutin peep-toes were all that was needed lift this ensemble.

Olivia Munn hit the red carpet for the GQ Men of the Year Awards in London earlier this week.

For the event, the American actress opted for a grey and lace Giorgio Armani gown that highlighted her impressive décolletage.

The revealing dress is beautiful and Olivia certainly has the figure for it, but she did go a little overboard on the rouge and I think she could do with giving her skin a break from the sun.

I do, however, love the De Beers jewellery and strong brow.

What do you think of Olivia’s look?
