Zoe Saldana In Calvin Klein Collection – Good Morning America

Zoe Saldana In Calvin Klein - Good Morning America

Zoe Saldana was up bright and early for a ‘Good Morning America’ taping today (July 28) at the ABC Times Square Studios in New York City, as she continues the promo tour for her new film, ‘Guardians of the Galaxy.’

Fresh off her Best Dressed of the Week recognition, she continued her chic streak—albeit with a quieter statement.

Her burgundy silk long-sleeve dress from the Spring 2014 Calvin Klein Collection glided over her burgeoning baby bump and was sleekly paired with nude Christian Louboutin ‘Apostrophy’ slingbacks.

While the look was simple and straightforward, if not a bit in tune with the fall season given the rich colour, the effect was classic and event-appropriate.

Menswear Roundup

Menswear 26 June

Here is a quick look at what some of the guys were wearing on the red carpet yesterday.

Ansel Elgort: The young actor attended the Valentino show as part of Paris Fashion Week Menswear Spring 2015 in France. Wearing a Spring 2014 navy suit with epaulettes to give it a military feel, the look was styled with a white shirt and brown Valentino loafers. He is giving a very strong Jude Law vibe here.

Jay Z: The rapper, who joined his Atelier-Versace-clad wife on their joint ‘On The Run’ tour yesterday evening, wore a custom Rodarte black, charcoal and white ’99 Problems’ jersey with black cargo pants and a lot of bling.

Mark Wahlberg: The ‘Transformers’ actor joined his co-stars Nicola Peltz and Li Bingbing on the red carpet for the New York premiere last night wearing another Giorgio Armani suit, which fared much better, fit-wise, than his last outing.

Menswear Midweek Red Carpet Roundup

Menswear Midweek Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a quick menswear catch up, with some of the Tony Awards attendees we missed.

Channing Tatum: The actor joined his lovely wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum on the red carpet for the ’22 Jump Street’ LA premiere on Tuesday (June 10). He donned a three-piece charcoal-grey Dolce & Gabbana suit styled with a striped shirt and slim tie

Jonah Hill: Channing’s co-star caught my eye wearing an ink-blue suit, opting not to wear a co-ordinating tie, but selecting brown instead. Perhaps in theory it shouldn’t work, but it does for Jonah.

Ben McKenzie: The actor joined Diane Kruger and Jordana Brewster on the red carpet for the 13th Annual Chrysalis Butterfly Ball on Saturday (June 7). The actor donned a Z Zegna burgundy two-button peak-lapel suit with a striped tie and matching lace-up shoes. Aside from the colour, I love the slim fit and perfect pant length.

Fergie Duhamel In Calvin Klein Collection – amfAR Inspiration Gala New York 2014

Fergie Duhamel In Calvin Klein Collection - amfAR Inspiration Gala New York 2014

Fergie Duhamel attended the amfAR Inspiration Gala New York 2014 at The Plaza Hotel on Tuesday (June 10) in New York City alongside Sarah Jessica Parker.

For a rare and interesting change, the singer opted for a minimalist look, donning a white Calvin Klein column gown styled with a gold box clutch and barely there makeup

Considering that Fergie’s style always consists of colours and loud prints for both her red carpet and street-style looks, this is a bit of a shock to the system.

She looks stunning.

Menswear Weekend Roundup

Menswear Weekend Roundup

The past few days were packed with a range of menswear looks, heavy on the formal tux angle with a few more colourful options thrown in for good measure. Here, a look at the weekend’s handsome set of guys.

Zachary Quinto: A presenter at the 68th annual Tony Awards, the actor dressed for the occasion in a Thom Sweeney three-piece, black wool tuxedo, paired with a white cotton dress shirt and black silk bow tie. David Yurman black onyx shirt studs pulled the look together with an added note of polish.

Djimon Hounsou: Bringing a breath of fresh blue to the red carpet of the ‘How To Train Your Dragon 2’ Los Angeles premiere, Djimon wore his beautifully hued Calvin Klein Collections suit with equally well-styled accessories, including an incredible pair of navy Christian Louboutin loafers, Martin Katz cufflinks, and a Montblanc timepiece.

Daniel Radcliffe
: In attendance at the Tony Awards supporting his play, ‘The Cripple of Inishmaan,’ Daniel was dapper in an Ermenegildo Zegna Made-to-Measure one-button, satin peak-lapel tuxedo in midnight navy—a great departure from the traditional black colour. A matching bow tie, white dress shirt, and KG Kurt Geiger ‘Anton’ shoes finished the look.
