Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Rosario Dawson In Bottega Veneta - 'Trance' New York Premiere

Appearing in very high spirits, Rosario Dawson took to the red carpet at the SVA Theater in New York City yesterday evening for the ‘Trance’ premiere, hosted by The Cinema Society & Montblanc.

The actress looked beautiful, wearing a salmon-pink-coloured Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 Japonaise dress.

Her sophisticated frock with an asymmetrical zipper was styled with a dark-pink leather belt, matching pumps and a twisted knot clutch, all by Bottega Veneta.

Rosario has really come into her own during this promo tour. I’m not sure if she has a new stylist, but there has most definitely been a shift from where she was during her last promo tour.

Everything feels a lot more polished. Would you agree?

Cat eyes, wavy raven locks and a complementary pink lip colour provided the finishing touches to her BDOTW-worthy look.

Is this a BDOTW contender for you?

Megan Gale In Bottega Veneta - 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards

Megan Gale joined Lara Bingle on the red carpet last week for the 2013 Prix de Marie Claire Awards at the Star in Sydney, Australia.

The beautiful socialite wore a Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 dress.

This frock offers up a modern interpretation of the LBD, with its cut-outs, open back, and leather-and-tulle trims.

Keeping her styling tonal, she added a Valentino ‘Va Va Voom’ studded clutch bag and the Jimmy Choo ‘Fitch’ sandals which are the celebrity shoe of the moment.

Tousled waves and glossy lips completed her look.

Nicole Kidman In Bottega Veneta - 'Stoker' 2013 Sundance Film Festival Premiere

Nicole Kidman attended the premiere of her latest movie, ‘Stoker’, which was held during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival at the Eccles Center Theatre in Park City, Utah on Sunday.

The Australian actress hit the red carpet wearing a Bottega Veneta Fall 2012 chocolate-coloured double-breasted coat with blush Bottega Veneta pumps.

Once inside the warm venue, Nicole removed her coat to reveal her Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2013 belted blush short-sleeve dress featuring a cross-over front and a fitted silhouette.

Naturally wavy strawberry-blonde tresses and emerald drop earrings provided the finishing touches.

While Sundance is typically known for stars dressing down, I’m very happy that Nicole stayed true to her ladylike style.

As she said on E! last week, she’s enjoying fashion again, so I don’t want anything to stand in the way of her enjoyment.

Rachel Weisz In Bottega Veneta - 'The Deep Blue Sea' New York Screening

Rachel Weisz is having a busy start to 2013, attending her second event in as many days.

Last night she promoted her latest movie, ‘The Deep Blue Sea’, with a screening at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York City.

Dressed in a look from the Bottega Veneta Spring 2013 collection, this the second dress from this collection to take to the red carpet yesterday evening.

Her pretty terracotta daisy-print dress has a daytime/photocall feel to it, but this was a screening rather than a big-budget premiere.

I love her burgundy Charlotte Olympia ‘Dolly’ platform pumps and green Smythson ‘Mara’ clutch as they both give her Spring frock an autumnal vibe.

Rich dark wavy tresses and neutral makeup completed her look.

Amanda Seyfried In Bottega Veneta - 2013 National Board Of Review Awards

Amanda Seyfried attended the 2013 National Board Of Review Awards, held at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City yesterday evening.

The ‘Les Mis’ actress wore a Bottega Veneta Spring 2013 dress.

This collection was full of colourful prints, but Amanda selected a blush pleated studded halter dress.

Her rouge lip colour prevents the look from feeling to one note and her Alexandre Birman sandals complement the hardware on her frock.

Side-swept wavy locks and Norman Silverman jewels completed her look.

This look may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I find it refreshing as Amanda’s more fashion-forward looks don’t always pay off, hence her inclusion in the ‘Dresses We Didn’t Like In 2012’ list.
