Regular readers will know that I’m all about the drama.

The more dramatic the dress, the more I fall in love which is why I’m salivating over Rihanna’s Stéphane Rolland Spring 2009 Couture gown.

I expected Rihanna to walk red carpet wearing a Balmain Spring 2010 dress with cut-out details in the hips, so this was a very pleasant surprise.

The white Stéphane Rolland mermaid shaped gown had a pleated detail on the front which swirled around the bodice, before exploding all over the skirt.

This will be a love it or hate it dress. What say you?

Before I fell for Cate Blanchett, it was all about Catherine Zeta Jones. She was my first girl crush.

I had such admiration for her as she held her own on the red carpet amongst the Hollywood major players.

We haven’t seen much of her lately, but walking the red carpet at this event last night she proved that she hasn’t lost any of her sparkle.

CJZ looked outstanding wearing a navy blue Gustavo Cadile’s Resort 2010 lurex gown.

I loved cut, it flatters her so well. I also love how the gown shimmers.

Welcome back Mrs Jones-Douglas, we missed you.

From one ageless beauty to another.

Iman - as usual - looked OUT-Friggin-Standing.

It’s not easy to follow the gorgeous Karlie Kloss because she totally owns everything she wears on the runway.

But when you’re Iman, that doesn’t matter.

The uber model walked the red carpet wearing a pink Jason Wu Spring 2010 feathered confection that is totally delightful.

I love the neon green waistband and her matchy matchy runway platform heels.

She totally stands out as one of the best on this red carpet.

Never take a day of Iman….I BEG you.

Some of you have expressed your confusion as to why Kerry Washington receives so much praise for her red carpet choices.

Come on guys, looks at how amazing she looks wearing this Fendi Spring 2010 blush pink lace floor-length dress.

She looks simply elegant, the colour complements her skin-tone, she accessorized well with silver stunning jewels and a Christian Louboutin snake skin print clutch.

Her look is totally effortless.

What’s not to love?

The Stella McCartney Resort 2010 collection still proves to be the most worn collection by celebrities this year.

Liya Kebede, joins Stella McCartney and Jessica Simpson who have both worn this coat/dress.

It’s not just celebrities who have fallen for Stella’s Resort collection.

Glamour magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive walked the red carpet with SVP & Publishing Director Bill Wackermann wearing the same Resort 2010 dress we’ve seen on Frieda Pinto.

It was no surprise that Stella McCartney was honoured at this event.

The designer was of course wearing self designed pieces which all worked well together.

Stella tends to wear a lot of black, so this pop of colour is really refreshing.

Serena Williams is getting the hand of this red carpet thing as she is radiant at this event wearing a red asymmetrical Pamella Roland gown.

I think she has looked her best yet after her stunning Gucci look a few weeks ago.

Yes she looks muscular, but there’s nothing she can do about that.

I would love to say I have finally embraced Katharine McPhee’s platinum blonde ‘do, but I continue to struggle with it.

Hair aside, I totally in love with her BODYAMR peacock blue jersey gown.

The gown shows off her figure, whilst the black patent leather trim and open back shows off Katharine’s sexy side.

The singer/actress accessorized with a black leather Perrin Paris 1893 Riva Pochette oversize clutch.

Maria Shriver looked fab wearing a black lace strapless Monique Lhuillier gown.

This picture of Victoria Beckham and Naomi Campbell really warmed my heart.

Two of our greatest British exports are in London to celebrate all that is good and great about fashion at Vogue’s private dinner party in London last night.

Victoria was - of course - wearing a dress from her new Spring 2010 collection.

I’m glad to see she opted for one of the cute sassy fun pieces, rather then the pencil dresses, and of course I’m thrilled that it’s a colourful piece.

The designer wore her dress with grey YSL Trib Two’s.

Naomi wore a modified, more wearable version of the Alexander McQueen Resort 2010 dress which Drew Barrymore wore recently.

The Stella McCartney Resort 2010 collection will never become boring to me no matter how many pieces we see on celebs.

Natalia Vodianova stood alongside the creator of her ensemble wearing a gold embroidered jacket with a black embroidered dress which Stella McCartney wore to the Prada Congo Benefit earlier this year.

Stella opted for a sleek and sexy black coat dress paired with black heels.

I love what she’s done to her hair here, normally she has it pulled back.

Maybe this is her last chance to let her hair down before her much anticipated Spring 2010 show next month.

Agyness Deyn was also in attendance wearing a House of Holland Spring 2010 half black, half beige sleeveless leather tuxedo dress.

I know Agyness is one of fashion’s greatest chameleon, but I much prefer her as a blonde.

The supermodel wore her dress with heels from the same show.

Katie Grand posed alongside Victoria Beckham wearing a pretty pink Giles Spring 2008 strapless dress.

The dress with its voluminous skirt was decorated with laser cut floral details.

I love this dress.

Of course the Brit Pack were there.

Pixie Geldof has finally taken out those god awful extension.

Daisy Lowe wore a black two-tone dress, which is the theme of the night.

But Alexa Chung looked so so cute in her Luella Spring 2010 floral print dress with a heart-shape cut-out on the bodice.

Miley…THIS is the type of cute dress you should be wearing, but in saying that I would prefer it on Selena Gomez.

So proud to write about British fashion, everyone looked fabulous at this event. They could all be up for Best Dressed Of The Week minus Pixie and Daisy.

It’s not unusual for Victoria Beckham to be first when it comes to fashion. She was the first to wear these Stella McCartney ankle zip skinny ombre jeans whilst making her way through Heathrow airport earlier this year.

She wore them with her leather Balmain jacket, Loewe hat, Christian Louboutin’s and white Kelly Travel bag.

Model/actress Lily Cole wore the same jeans with a loose fitting dusky pink top and multi-coloured strappy heels to “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” Photo Call during Cannes Film Festival.

Kate Walsh wore hers with a sparkling Stella McCartney tank top during a photo call at the Monte Carlo TV Festival.

And finally the designer of these beautiful jeans - Stella McCartney - wore hers with a cropped jacket from her Resort 2010 collection to the presentation of her new collection at “The Corner” in Berlin.

This is a tough one, because everyone looks great minus Lily because I really dislike her shoes.

Stella wins this for me, as her look is the most effortless and most chic.

These jeans are available to purchase from Net-A-Porter international for £157.50/€206.50.

Ischia Global Film & Music Fest 2009, Italy

Elsa Pataky always seems to be in couture weather it’s Elie Saab or Armani Privé.

On this occasion she wore an open back Armani Privé Spring 2009 dress with the beautiful web-like embroidered detail.

2009 Giffoni Film Festival, Italy

Eva Mendes was the epitome of summer chic wearing a Tibi Fall 2009 belted floral print maxi dress with Samantha Willis jewels and Stuart Weitzman “Alex” crochet espadrilles.

Da Silvano Restaurant, New York

Rihanna was out to lunch in New York where she was spotted showing off her new mohawk.

She’s clipped the sides and back of her head, leaving the top untouched. She rocks it well, but it’s a look I’ll never copy.

Rihanna isn’t shy as she has been wearing very revealing clothing lately.

I think this is the 4th time I’ve seen her bra through the sheer tops she loves to wear.

This time she wore a sheer top over a striped bikini with a pair of skinny ankle zip jeans.

She completed her look with Maison Martin Margiela shoe boots and a Nina Ricci bag.

“Charlotte Russe Fall 2009 Launch Event”

Jessica Szohr is fast becoming a red carpet regular. This time she was wearing a two-tone Charlotte Russe playsuit which showed off her toned legs.

She completed her look with beautiful black strappy sandals, a large statement necklace and a maroon clutch.

Michelle Trachtenberg’s black dress is so so, but I love her Giuseppe Zanotti clutch with multi-coloured stars and her electric blue ankle boots.

I can’t really fault Rumer Willis’ look.

Yes it’s all black and verging on dull, but at least the fit is right and she doesn’t look awkward.

Her look is paired with Christian Louboutin Paquita sandals and a black D&G clutch.

Casio Exilim MOBILE NYC Launch, New York

For once Taylor Momsen isn’t dressed like a Guns n’ Roses groupie, but her eye make-up is too heavy for that cute white dress she is wearing

Stella McCartney Presents New Collection At The Corner Berlin, Germany

Cool and chic as always Stella McCartney presented her new collection in Berlin wearing a Resort 2010 black cropped jacket, a white half tucked in tee and ombre ankle jeans from her own collection.

“Late Show With David Letterman”, New York

Anna Paquin channeled her inner geisha girl wearing this black figure-hugging dress Alexander McQueen dress with Jimmy Choo heels and a chic updo.

It’s On With Alexa Chung, New York

What’s with everyone wearing leather this summer?

We first had Chloe Sevigny wearing a leather jumpsuit this week, and now we have Ashley Greene wearing leather shorts.

The “Twilight” actress wore them with her cute floral Escada blouse to the MTV Studios this week.

Her sassy look was complete with sexy strappy sandals and a Gucci Hysteria bag.

I was quite surprised when Marion Cotillard took the lead in her Vivienne Westwood red dress, because I was certain you would all vote for the pink Dior dress.

I did consider Marion’s Dior dress too, but I dislike the wedges the more I saw them so instead I voted for Stella McCartney in her own Resort 2010 dress.

Even though it was a quiet week Stella stood out for me because her look was simple yet not redundant. Black but not boring. Chic and uniquely Stella.

It also helps that I’m totally in love with her Resort 2010 collection.

Stella McCartney looks beautiful wearing a black jacquard short sleeved dress from her own Resort 2010 collection.

I love the faux leather wrap around belt as it stands out more than the runway belt, and I also love her self designed mesh sandals.

Stella does wear her hair down from time to time, but we’re most used to seeing this pulled back style.

This “just thrown” on effortless look is one of my favourite this week.

When I first saw this textured silk Lanvin Spring 2009 one-shouldered dress on the runway, I knew it would need someone on the red carpet to bring it to life and I was right.

Princess Rosario Nadal of Bulgaria does just that as the dress hangs better on her.

On the runway it seems to sit too high on the model waist.

I love her choice of an ivory clutch and pewter strappy sandals.

Absolutely stunning.

Natalia Vodianova and Valentino are still inseparable. The designer and his one-time muse arrived at this event arm in arm which is good to see.

The barefaced model wore a black ensemble including a satin skirt and jersey top, under a champagne coloured Prada crushed silk coat.

Anouck Lepere is another stunning model who doesn’t need make-up to look beautiful.

She glowed wearing a red crepe sleeved dress with gathered details on the shouldered and at the waist.

Her dress is stunning but her red and black t-bar heels are drool worthy as they have a red and black satin bow on the heel.

Gold armlets and a black bag complete this look.

Model Liberty Ross showed off her toned legs wearing a sexy black Alexander McQueen stretch lace bandage dress which she toughen up with a pair of Alexander McQueen open-toe boots with the fold-over panels up.

A Pauric Sweeney envelope clutch completes this sexy look with a bit of a edge.

“Meat Free Monday” is the McCartney family’s new initiative to encourage meat-eaters to forgo meat for one day each week. I did my bit yesterday as I only had sushi.

Stella McCartney’s muse Kate Bosworth showed her support for the campaign, and for Stella McCartney’s Resort 2010 collection.

The actress wore a stunning cute ivory skirt suit.

The skirt is high waisted with a cute bow detailing, and she opted to wear her look with a white tank instead of the black runway shirt, which is perfect for a sunny day in London.

Her look was complete with Stella McCartney platform pumps.

I really love Stella McCartney’s casual style as much as her glamorous style.

Casual was the order of the day as she wore a striped blazer, a white tank, and jeans. It’s a simple everyday look, but with does of McCartney magic.

Model Anouck Lepere was also on hand for support.

She wore a grey sequined tunic dress, with low slung tie and gold pumps.

It’s like a fabulous well-dress family picnic.

I don’t think I will ever tire of this Stella McCartney Resort 2010 collection.
