Shailene Woodley In Osman - Despierta America

Shailene Woodley was joined by her co-stars Nat Wolff and Ansel Elgort on the set of ‘Despierta America’ at Univision Headquarters to promote their movie ‘The Fault in Our Stars’ on Wednesday (May 7) in Miami, Florida.

The actress selected an Osman Resort 2014 boxy crop top and pinstripe pants, which saw the designer play with new proportions.

Styled with white Keds, despite its boyish overtones this is a modern and chic look.

Shailene Woodley In Preen - 'The Fault In Our Stars' Miami Fan Event

Shailene Woodley attended ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ Miami fan event held at Dolphin Mall on Tuesday (May 6) in Miami, Florida.

Opting for a more summery look following her Pre-Fall showing on ‘Letterman’, the actress wore a Preen Resort 2014 sea-print short-sleeved dress spliced with grey and white stripes and an asymmetrical hem.

I love the strappy sandals and the laidback vibe of her frock, but I can’t say I’m a fan of the Sami Gayle hairstyle.

Shailene Woodley In Valentino - Late Show with David Letterman

Prior to her rocking the Met Gala red carpet, Shailene Woodley made a guest appearance on the ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ on Monday (May 5), which is taped in New York City, to promote her new movie, ‘The Fault In Our Stars’.

If she was going for a feminine look with an edge, this Valentino Pre-Fall 2014 long-sleeved mini dress fits the bill with its dramatic flowers and butterflies embroidery and sharp silhouette.

The colours pink and purple pop out instantly from her frock, so I love that she enhanced the pink hue with a pair of hot-pink Kurt Geiger ‘Bond’ d’Orsay pumps.

With just a touch of pink highlighting her lips, she completed her look with tousled tresses.

Shailene Woodley In Rodarte - 2014 Met Gala
Shailene Woodley was also in the modish mix at the 2014 Met Gala, held on Monday (May 5) at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The actress, who we saw really transform into a fashion darling during her ‘Divergent’ press tour, found inspiration in a Rodarte Fall 2014 off-the-shoulder gown.

I can perhaps understand why this dress was chosen for the evening, what with its period-inspired silhouette and highly decorative nature, alongside ornate metallic embellishment and sheer chiffon detailing.

But I didn’t love the way it translated on Shailene. Or maybe I just cannot get past her spiked and highlighted pixie ’do, which I found oddly aging for the young starlet.

Shailene Woodley In Balmain - MTV Movie Awards 2014Shailene Woodley attended the MTV Movie Awards 2014, hosted today (April 13) at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles, California, where she is nominated for Best Kiss for her smooch with Miles Teller in ‘The Spectacular Now.’

Continuing her impressive fashion-girl streak, which really came alive during her ‘Divergent’ promo tour, the actress took an edgier approach in a Balmain Pre-Fall 2014 army-green ensemble featuring a cropped leather tee, knotted high at the waist, and a matching leather, pleated skirt.

The mix of African-safari sensibility and hip-hop flair, prevalent in designer Olivier Rousteing’s collection, was slightly diminished here without the extravagant accessories and embellished waistband seen on the runway.

Still, this little number had plenty of power and panache, especially when paired with black Balmain strappy, statement sandals.

If anything, her gold David Yurman earrings seemed a mere afterthought—a bit refined and quiet for a look such as this. But Shailene knows when enough is enough.
