Ruby Rose In Julien Macdonald – ‘xXx’: Return of Xander Cage’ LA Premiere

Ruby Rose again showed her chameleon-like tendencies, transforming her look completely for the ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ LA Premiere on Thursday (January 19).

The actress’s past few outings, including the ‘xXx’ London premiere, have seen her cover up her tattoos, but this skin-baring, shimmery Julien Macdonald Spring 2017 gown saw her fully accessorized in her own body art.

That said, the sultry dress nearly acted as the accessory here so strong was her ink along with her slick pixie and another adventurous lip, this time in a futuristic bronze metallic.

‘The Space Between Us’ LA Premiere

The actresses at ‘The Space Between Us’ premiere on Tuesday (January 17) in Hollywood, California couldn’t have had more space between each of their distinct style offerings that had nothing in common that evening.

Janet Montgomery: In a mannish version of boudoir lounge wear, the actress introduced a look that was a cross between a dressing gown and a man’s button-down for this shirt dress by Jacquemus. Her exposed neckline is beautiful but the rest gets a bit haphazard.

Britt Robertson
: Bedazzled fringe was the order of the day in this Miu Miu metallic frock, the skirt to which could have passed for a beaded door curtain.

Camila Alves In Marchesa – ‘Gold’ New York Premiere

Camila Alves attended the world premiere of ‘Gold’ at AMC Loews Lincoln Square 13 theatre on Tuesday (January 17) in New York City.

King Midas himself would have been bowing at the feet of queen Camila with her extravagant gold lace gown by Marchesa.

She certainly took the theme of the film to heart with this grand, golden entrance.

Was it over the top and indulgently decadent? Some might say yes, but one can’t deny the sheer artistry of the gown.

Magpies everywhere will also be craving the sparkly baubles that adorned the look—from her statement earrings to the starburst bib necklace.

Bryce Dallas Howard In Preen by Thornton Bregazzi – ‘Gold’ New York Premiere

Bryce Dallas Howard attended the premiere of ‘Gold’ on Tuesday (January 17) in New York City.

Not attempting to go gold for the night, save for her golden auburn tresses, she donned a Preen by Thornton Bregazzi ‘Alexa’ strapless velvet dress featuring delicate eyelash lace edging.

Do you agree that had it not been for those stunning turquoise earrings, this look may have fallen flat?

Gabrielle Union In Thakoon, Naeem Khan, Dion Lee & Alena Akhmadullina – ‘Sleepless’ LA Premiere & ‘Being Mary Jane’ Promotion

While all the Golden Globes fanfare was going on, Gabrielle Union was impressing on another set of red carpets, first attending the premiere of ‘Sleepless’ on Thursday (January 5) in LA followed by the ‘Being Mary Jane’ premiere screening and party on Monday (January 9) in New York City. She kept the fun style vibes alive and well while out the following day, where she stopped by ‘The Late Show with Stephen Colbert’ at the Ed Sullivan Theatre.

‘Sleepless’ LA Premiere: This shimmering Thakoon gown had the two P words working for it: plisse and plunge—two trends that are having quite a moment, cropping up everywhere lately. I loved how she worked the twirl skirt on the red carpet, showing off its beautiful drape.

‘Being Mary Jane’ New York Premiere Screening and Party: The actress channeled all the flower power possible in this happy Naeem Khan embellished frock, which she accessorized perfectly with Sophia Webster Rosalind crystal-heel satin sandals and a matching yellow clutch.

Ruby Rose In Balmain – ‘xXx’: Return of Xander Cage’ London Premiere

Ruby Rose was also at the ‘xXx’: Return of Xander Cage’ premiere, hosted at O2 Cineworld in London on Tuesday (January 10) joining Deepika Padukonee and Nina Dobrev.

Covering up her much of her tattoo body art yet flaunting her toned bod, she stunned in a vibrant Balmain multi-hued, cutout dress that was much akin to an artsy, mod version of chainmail.

Coincidence or no, the graphic patterning in the dress mimicked the XXX movie motif, tripling the bold impact of the look.
