When I was trying to predict Freida Pinto’s Oscar de la Renta BAFTA gown, this pink Spring 2009 gown was in my top 6.

Instead it was Blake Lively who had the honour of wearing this gown to The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee premiere, at the Berlin Film Festival last night.

I love the plunging neckline, the red sash tied to the waist, but I don’t like her posture.

You’re in a gown that cost thousands of dollars, throw your shoulders back girl.

This grungy slouch is not befitting of this gown. Freida would have done it justice.

I can’t even talk about that ‘just got out of bed hair’.

The gorgeous Rosario Dawson was in Toyko to promote her latest movie Seven Pounds with her co-star Will Smith.

The actress attended a press conference wearing a pale pink Malandrino Spring 2009 lace dress, layered with tulle folded pleats.

With her brunette hair swept to one-side, and her make-up looking flawless, she wore her dress with tan pointy pumps, with a cute bow detail.

Later in the evening for the premiere, Rosario wore a pale blue satin bustier dress with tulle overlay, and jeweled waist. This dress was also from the same Malandrino Spring 2009 collection.

This time she opted for peep-toes, and swept her hair up into a very chic updo.

These dresses are equally beautiful, but given the choice of one, I would go for the pale pink press conference dress. ♥

Isla Fisher wore a sexy strapless Matthew Williamson Pre-Fall 2009 dress, with a graphic multi-coloured print, and beaded detailing around the waist and pockets.

She wore her dress with mint green peep-toe heels, and large statement earrings.

The dress is very similar in style, to the Spring 2009 peachy dress which model Anja Rubik wore.

I do like Claire Danes’ Zac Posen Pre-Fall 2009 spaghetti strapped printed dress, with a fringed hem, but her hair and the make-up, really let her down.

Her pretty face is lost under a such a bad hairstyle. I’m not sure what happened with the make-up, but she has had much better days on the red carpet.

Krysten Ritter opted for a purple bubble hem, and pleated cap sleeved Sonia by Sonia Rykiel mini dress.

Leslie Bibb shimmered in a silver 3/4 length sleeved dress, with matching pumps.

Who knew writers were so fashion forward. Some how I can’t see JK Rowling wearing this.

Sophie Kinsella - who’s books you must have read - arrived wearing a black and white stripped Alexander McQueen column dress, with padded angular shoulders.

She completed her look with a red and black Union Jack McQueen clutch and black peep-toes.

Wendie Malick bravely opted for a very masculine 3 piece suit. Too masculine.

After the He’s Just Not That Into You LA premiere I was excitedly waiting for the next premiere in hope that all 4 women would wow me again.

Unfortunately at the screening last night, Ginnifer Goodwin was the only star from the film in attendance. So the chances of recreating that red carpet magic look lost.

I love Ginnifer’s make-up, but her two-tone halter dress, does nothing for me.

America Ferrera in trademark black, was also at this screening. The Ugly Betty star wore her black suit with blue suede shoes.

Lindsay Price’s wore a very sexy LBD, with a sweet white and gold floral necklace. All in all this event fail to garner any excitement from me.

Regular readers will understand how frustrated I always get when Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes hit the red carpet. That is because they never have a second apart, so she is never photographed alone.

The couple attended the Brazilian premiere of Valkyrie yesterday.

He was in a navy striped suit, she was wearing a long green Christian Lacroix Haute Couture Fall 2007 tunic, with shimmering silver pearling, a vivid red bustier, and electric blue velvet sash tied to the waist.

I love the dress. It was a great choice, but Katie barely brings it to life.

The dress is so vivacious, charismatic and full of life, but on Katie…it’s just OK. And just OK on a couture gown, which probably took 400 hours or more to create, just won’t do.

Even the sash is limp. Couldn’t she have found someone to tie it into a pretty bow for her?

I also think it’s cut too low for her, as it exposes how thin she has become.

The red lips, and the hair I love from the front, but not crazy about the bun at the back.

This dress is being called a vintage dress. I love vintage clothes from the 50s, 60s an 70s, but to me this is 4 seasons old.

I’m not a vintage aficionado, so if any of you can let me know how old a garment has to be to be classed as vintage, I would very much appreciate it, as I was under the impression it was 10/20 years.

Jennifer Connelly is killing me. I’m in total awe.

When I saw her wearing this green sequined Balmain Spring 2009 dress with a jagged hem, and super padded shoulders, I almost yelped with delight.

I love that she pulled this off without looking like she tired too hard.

I love that she wore the runway shoes, as any other shoe my have dialed down the look.

I love that she stood out amongst all the others as the edgy fashionista that she is.

LOVE, Love, ♥.

Drew Barrymore looks so incredible cute don’t you think?

I love that her hair is pulled back so we can fully appreciate the black silk strapless Lanvin Spring 2009 dress. The nude satin detailing on the neckline is divine against her skin, so buttery.

Her Roger Vivier clutch has so much bling, that she kept her jewels to a minimum with simple earrings.

I have to say I was surprised by Scarlett Johansson. I didn’t expect this from her at all, given her run on The Spirit promotional tour.

The gorgeous actress was positively radiant wearing a pink floral Oscar de la Renta Spring 2009 sweetheart necklined gown with a ruched bodice.

She wore her dress with long gold drop earrings, her wedding ring and a large ruby ring, which I adore.

I will excuse the hair behind her ears, because it was only in some pictures, and that’s not how she deliberately styled it.

Wow Ginnifer Goodwin is also a knock out.

The brunette hair with the burnt orange is so incredibly powerful. I really love her look here.

In order to add a little punch to her shorten strapless Bottega Veneta Spring 2009 dress, she wore a beautiful glass floral necklace, with a tan clutch, and strappy heels.

This would have been one of the best red carpet film premieres if it were not for……

…Jennifer Aniston.

Please, please don’t pretend you’re surprised by what she is wearing.

It’s a gorgeous black Burberry tuxedo, yes it is, but compared to everyone else, she is SO BORING.

So unoriginal, so Aniston, so blah, so boring, which is such a shame because she’s so beautiful.

I looooove Camilla Belle in this multi-coloured geometric print Alexander McQueen Spring 2009 sleeveless dress.

As always she makes something that looks hard to pull off, look so effortless.

My only critique would be her hair.

14 year old Dakota Fanning is growing up so elegantly, unlike many former teen stars.

Her style is effortless, cute and always age appropriate. This strapless silver strapless mini dress with an origami detail on the bodice just proves that.

It was recently announced that Kimora Lee-Simmons is pregnant, and we got so see a first glimpse of her baby bump in her cute gold baby doll dress.

Rumer Willis fails to impress.

Are those girls laughing with her or at her?
