Timothee Chalamet In Berluti – ‘Call Me by Your Name’ Berlin Film Festival Photocall

Timothee Chalamet joined Armie Hammer on the red carpet for the ‘Call Me by Your Name’ photocall during the 2017 Berlinale International Film Festival on Monday (February 13) in Berlin, Germany.

The young actor wore a Berluti Fall 2017 look by Haider Ackermann, consisting of a purple suede leather jacket which perfectly marries smart tailoring with a contemporary edge.

I’m not usually a fan of trouser which stop short, but the mod Berluti lace up boots help bridge the gap.

Inch perfect look from head-to-toe.

Robert Pattinson In Dior Homme & Charlie Hunnam In Prada – ‘The Lost City of Z’ Berlin Film Festival Photocall

Robert Pattinson and Charlie Hunnam joined Sienna Miller at ‘The Lost City of Z’ photocall, held during the 2017 Berlinale International Film Festival in Berlin, Germany on Tuesday (February 14).

Robert Pattinson: Exuding cool, street-style edge, the actor wore a Dior Homme black wool ribbed knit, half-zip sweater and white cotton shirt. It’s a minimalist look, but I love that he pushed the boundaries just a bit with this fresh silhouette.

Charlie Hunnam: While he opted for a significantly more standard, business suit look, Charlie was no less handsome in his blue Prada kid mohair suit accented with a notch lapel and paired with a white popeline shirt and a diagonal striped blue silk tie. The look was styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Greggo’ shoes.

Trend-forward or traditional—which look did you prefer?

Riz Ahmed In Valentino – 2017 Elle Style Awards

After seeing Riz Ahmed’s sharp Burberry suit at the BAFTAs we knew he was one to watch; and that quickly proved to be the case when we saw him at Monday night’s Elle Style Awards.

Taking home the ‘Actor of the Year’ award for ‘The Night Of’ and ‘Rogue One’, the actor donned a Valentino suit.

When you look at menswear collections they’re practically begging men to be more adventurous with their outfits, so I am delighted to see Riz is up for the challenge by wearing a full-on floral and star print suit.

This works for me because the look doesn’t have a chintzy feel plus going sans tie allowed the look to feel less fussy and stay on the fashion forward track.

The look was styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Greggo’ shoes.

Armie Hammer In Todd Snyder, Brunello Cucinelli & Burberry – ‘Final Portrait’, ‘Call Me by Your Name’ Berlin Film Festival Photocalls & Premiere

Armie Hammer is currently Berlin, Germany promoting ‘Final Portrait’ and ‘Call Me by Your Name’ during the 2017 Berlinale International Film Festival.

‘Final Portrait’ photocall: It’s not often we see Armie’s casual side, but even in this Todd Snyder and J Brand combo, he still possess that air of gentlemanly charm.

‘Final Portrait’ premiere: Now this is the Armie Hammer we all know and love. Dashing, debonair and looking incredibly handsome in Brunello Cucinelli, he never fails to serve up sartorial excellence.

‘Call Me by Your Name’ photocall: Going from casual to smart to contemporary, the actor Burberry look – infused with warm nutmeg hues – was surprisingly my favourite of the trio.

Which one piques your interest?

2017 Grammy Awards Menswear

The 2017 Grammy Awards wasn’t without its fair share of menswear looks that ran the gamut from traditional to totally out-there.

John Legend: The singer kept it classic in a Gucci black suit, made unique by virtue of the dark rose-coloured dress shirt and matching floral-printed bow tie.

Desiigner: Like some of the girls at the Grammys, the hip hop artist also bared his chest in a luxe velvet vintage Armani suit in a rich eggplant hue styled with Jimmy Choo boots and the requisite chains.

Anderson Paak: The rapper opted for a directional Rick Owens ensemble that was monk-meets-musician.

Nick Jonas In Balmain – 2017 Grammy Awards

Nick Jonas played the ultimate stud at the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

Cutting a cool-meets-handsome profile, he kept his all-black ensemble straightforward enough save for that studded Balmain blazer.

I loved his ensemble for its simple edge that remained uncluttered by too many bells and whistles.

One statement jacket is all that’s needed sometimes for a strikingly effective look that doesn’t have any tinge of try-hard.
