After filming the highly successful movie version of Sex and the City, Sarah Jessica Parker headed to the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo to film a commercial for the shopping mecca, Cidade Jardim.

The ad, which I found on Sxy Fashion Queen, was not an acting stretch for Sarah Jessica Parker, as she appears to be playing Carrie.

You feel that from the fabulous clothes, the narration, and SJP working on the laptop in a coffee shop.

The only thing that not very Carrie-esqe, is SJP drinking Champagne at the end.

Surely it should have been a Cosmo.

When we first saw candids of SJP filming in Brazil, we were all surprised to see that Heidi Montag -of all people – has wore a pair of Balenciaga Gladiator heels before fashionistas SJP and Ashley Olsen.

Check out the ‘oh so cute’ commercial below.

The Lanvin Spring 2008 collection stayed away from the floral trend of the season. Instead it included Grecian goddess gowns with horsehair hems, tunic dresses covered in feathers, flapper-style dresses, tiered dresses and ruffled cocktail dresses.

Celebrities can not get enough of Alber Elbaz stunning designs…

…especially author/actress Padma Lakshmi, who has an enviable collection.

If you had not heard of Lanvin before Cannes Film Festival, you most definitely do now, thanks mostly to Natalie Portman, who wore the signature tiered ruffle cocktail dresses many times on the red carpet.

Alberta Ferretti, Marchesa and Roberto Cavalli all dressed many celebrities at Cannes, but Natalie Portman, Carine Roitfeld, Kristin Scott Thomas, Gwyneth Paltrow and Linda Evangelista, stood out, and were most talked about in Lanvin’s unique collection.

It has been exciting seeing so much of Lanvin on the red carpet lately, the only problem with so many fantastic celebrities wearing them, is that people like Heidi Montag, Paris Hilton, Jenna Jameson, will soon catch on that wearing these stunning dresses = exposure, so they may starting wearing the collection.

Do you remember how Herve Leger was first worn by the likes of Kate Bosworth, Catherine Zeta Jones and Emily Blunt when she collected her Golden Globe Award?

Now it’s worn to death by Kim Kardashian, Melanie B and Audrina Patridge.

It is not just the red carpet were we are seeing a lot of Lanvin.

Many dresses from the collection have appeared on both models and celebrities in editorials within magazine all over the world.

Drew Barrymore’s March 2008 US Vogue editorial, featured two dresses from the collection.

The stunning advertising campaign, shot by Steven Meisel. The shots are enchanting with its vivid colours, wildflower background and the haunting stare and pale skin of model Olga Sherer.

The store window in Paris was just a beautiful.

Fans were used in the window, to display the billowing nature of the mushroom-cloud dresses.

It is my summer wish, to own one of these gowns.

It looks like I was not the only one sick of seeing Agyness Deyn’s face everywhere.

It has been reported that Burberry photographer Mario Testino, is equally sick of seeing her face everywhere.

Agyness is ‘over-exposed’ as she appears at every celebrity party, she seems to be in every magazine and billboard, you just can’t escape her.

Testino is not just looking for a new face – he wants a younger one too. (ouch!)

The new girl is said to be Rosie Huntington-Whiteley who attended the Costume Institute Gala with Christopher Bailey. Agyness did not attend.

You would not think that a 42 year old woman would be the face and body of a high street swimwear label, but Elizabeth Hurley is for Mango.

The range of bikinis, which she also co-designed, are a venture she has experience in as she has been producing bikinis under her own name Elizabeth Hurley Beach for three years.

In an interview with the Sunday Times Style magazine, Liz said that the Mango campaign has not made her enjoy the process of doing a skimpy two-piece photoshoot and she bravely admitted even she need some digital smoothing.

This week at the Mango swimwear launch in Madrid, Liz stood fully clothed beside her swimsuit models.

The 42-year-old actress wore a lovely pink dress as she presented the Elizabeth Hurley for MNG Collection.

Unlike the rest of us, Victoria Beckham no longer needs to kiss frogs, as she has found her prince charming in David Beckham.

These two pictures are newly released pictures from her Marc Jacobs Spring 2008 advertising campaign.

In this picture the fashionista is sucking her thumb/glove. I wonder what was going on in Marc’s mind when he art directed this shot.

Mel B has signed up to be the new face, and body, of lingerie brand Ultimo.

The former Spice Girl could net £500,000/$1million from the campaign, which has previously featured Sarah Harding, Rachel Hunter and Penny Lancaster.

Mel B won the contract after bosses at Ultimo were impressed by her growing profile Stateside, and impressive new physique, freshly toned from the Spice Girls’ comeback tour.

A source from the company revealed, ‘We were blown away by the great shape she is in and desperate to land her. Mel B has never been bigger.’

She definitely has the body for it. I saw the Spice Girls in concert this year, and I was blown away by her amazingly toned body.
