Amy Adams In Nina Ricci – ‘Man of Steel’ World Premiere

Amy Adams In Nina Ricci - 'Man of Steel' New York Premiere

After a string of TV appearances, Amy Adams finally hit the red carpet for the ‘Man of Steel’ world premiere, which was held at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center in New York City on Monday evening.

As you know, I tend to fall into a deep slumber when a black gown hits the red carpet, but that was not the case on this occasion, as Amy totally swept me off my feet wearing this Nina Ricci Fall 2013 number.

The styling of her black strapless radzimir gown was impeccable, as she added a red satin Christian Louboutin ‘Aida’ clutch and dazzling Tiffany and Co. jewels.

With screen-siren waves and a hot-red lip colour, I ask you, what’s not to love?

This has to be one of the most beautiful and amazingly styled black gowns ever. She looks enchanting. Love the hair.

Love this look! Especially the top of the dress and the styling. Her hair is sensational! Love this length, I am sick and tired of too long hair.

Black magic. Wasn’t feeling the crimped waves at first but have warmed to them. A modern Rita Hayworth.

I seriously love this. Thank God it’s not another poufy pastel gown she tends to go for. Just beautiful!

Outstanding!! Perfect!! Gorgeous… I just LOVE this look from h2t! There isnt a single thing I will change. This is perhaps the most beautiful black gown I have seen !

I can’t really figure out if she cut her hair, or if this is just a faux-bob? She looks gorgeous. I’m pretty much never let down by her impeccable taste. She is so old-Hollywood.

    Hello: movie star!

  9. Jolene June 11, 2013 at 12:24 #

Are we seeing the same pictures ? Because I don´t see anything appealing in her look. The hair is old styled and tiresome , I wish her lipstick was brigther and also she could have chose red for her manicure. Big NO for me.

She looks OK but I don’t get all the raves about this look.

Flawless! Most definitely BDOTW-worthy and total 1940′s movie star!

Wow, stunning! I don’t even mind the rosy applications. Should definitely go into the BDOTW poll (but Emmy is already lurking around the corner and therefore I know Amy won’t win it for me this week)

She looks fabulous! The back of the dress is really great, and I just love her hair color.

Amy Adams is one of those women who I feel pulls off sexy just as easily as she does princess-y and rarely missteps. Well played!

On the model this is meh. But on Amy, she brings some magic to it.
