Keira Knightley For Marie Claire UK May 2013

Keira-Knightley-1

Keira Knightley graces the cover of Marie Claire UK‘s May 2013 issue looking radiant wearing a red Valentino gown shot by Nathaniel Goldberg.

The rest of the editorial sees her wearing Tom Ford, Gucci, Balenciaga and of course her favourites Chanel and Valentino.

In her interview, Keira talks about getting engaged to Klaxons keyboard player James Righton, the definition of success and coping with fame.

The May 2013 issue is out now.

Here are some extracts from her interview.

On how she defines success: “I’m not sure if I can define success. I think if I get to the end of my life having hurt as few people as possible, making sure the people who mean the most to me know they have been loved, I will be happy. Success in work, whatever work, will come and go.”

On coping with fame in Hollywood: The machine that allows you to make movies, the trade-off [requires] you to sell it. Selling it means making yourself a public figure. You can’t cultivate the mystery. My problem is I like mystery

On her upcoming wedding to James Righton: “I could have six weddings. God, that would be expensive. We’ve not big-wedding types. I don’t need to have all that. I’m just trying to enjoy the engagement bit. My parents are together after 40 years. The fights are there, but they love each other. It’s not like the first three months, the frost two years, whatever it is, but I think it gets more interesting, or I hope so.”
