Ashley Madekwe In Burberry Prorsum – The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 Party

Ashley Madekwe attended The Hollywood Foreign Press Association And InStyle Miss Golden Globe 2013 Party, held at Cecconi’s Restaurant in California yesterday evening.

The British actress donned a British label wearing a Burberry Prorsum Fall 2012 dress.

I love the autumnal feel of her plum-coloured chrysanthemum-print long sleeve dress, which she perfectly colour co-ordinated with Xorelina ‘Spartan’ Ruby Pave stud earrings and a plum satin clutch.

Opting to wear her dress sans tan suede bows was also another great choice on her part.

Metallic silver peep-toes, wavy tresses and a deep red lip colour completed her look.

Ashley Madekwe can do no wrong on the red carpet. I’m so impressed by her red carpet appearances and of course by her blog. Long may it last!

Glad she skipped silly tan suede bows and the dress gives her a lovely silhouette and defines her waist nicely without a belt, but the overall look feels a bit too maturing – the colours, the print, the length – a shorter length would’ve def. helped.
