Olivia Wilde In Calvin Klein – ‘Encounter’ Calvin Klein Fragrance Launch

Olivia Wilde changed out of her divine Alexander McQueen dress for the ‘Butters’ New York premiere, for a Calvin Klein Resort 2013 dress for the after-party held at The Double Seven yesterday evening.

She also wore the same dress to attend the global launch of Calvin Klein’s new men’s fragrance, ‘Encounter’, held at McKittrick Hotel’s new rooftop garden bar, Gallow Green, along with actor Alexander Skarsgård, the face of the brand.

Her Kelly-green printed cape dress from is ‘meh’ on the model, but Olivia, who has been surprisingly below par before last night, brings this look alive.

She totally sells the look to me from her head to her Calvin Klein Collection cobra chain heels.

I’m totally sold too. Olivia is carrying off this look beautifully, gorgeous colour on her, beautiful updo and makeup, perfect shoe choice, BDOTW worthy for me.

Love it. The only thing I would change is the length. I wish it went down to the ground.

She sells it to me too, she looks perfect. Two perfect looks in one evening, this is so great.

She is selling this look more than Model. A big first for her considering her past style. I prefer this look over her Butter NYC premiere.

Still not a big fan of that wavy updo, but she does look breathtaking.

I love this shade of green and the cape, but I wish it was full length.

this is perfect. I am so NOT a fan of looks like this one, but it works! the shoes are so lightweight and chic, the dress itself is unusual and very classy. love it

Reminds me too much of Lena Headey’s outfit at the Emmy’s..
But I prefer the colour + she pulls it off.

While Olivia is definitely getting her style back, this is not my style. I love the green, but not the plunging dress with cape. It looks a bit too beachy/lingerie for my taste. Beautiful from the neck up, and also, glad to see her getting back on track.

She’s beautiful and the accessories are perfect, but I really can’t get over that cape. I just hate it.

I’m not a fan, the dress looks almost flimsy and faded, like something you would dig out of your grandmother’s closet (but not in a good way). It also needs to be a couple of inches shorter. Overall it feels so costume-y and unnatural; there’s nothing about this look that appears “comfortable” to me, Olivia just seems like she’s wearing something she normally wouldn’t for the sake of looking theatrical, different. Maybe I’m being too harsh but…oh well. I like the shoes though.
