Lady Gaga was spotted leaving the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome Hotel in France on Saturday afternoon.
The singer wore a pink-and-blue Comme Des Garçons Fall 2012 felt two-in-one dress.
No doubt this was to poke fun at the media who have criticized her for her weight gain.
How those around her maintain a straight face when she wears some of these get-ups is beyond me.
Gaga styled her look with obligatory platform heels and shades.
She was headed to her car when these pictures were taken, so I have to ask, how does one sit in a dress like this?

Besides, whenever people try to compare Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, I think of moments like these: Perry would never do this, just like Gaga know she’ll never be considered a “hottie” like Perry is. One is quirky, the other just aims at bizarre.

Gaga has been getting such grief from the media about her recent weight gain and it takes someone who truly doesn’t give a damn to parade around in something like this – which purposely exaggerates her form to an extreme degree – as a rebuke to all those who have scrutinised her body over the past couple of weeks.
And, as a side note, it is a pleasure for me to finally see a piece from this incredible collection on the red carpet (or in a hotel lobby). It was in my top five collections for Fall 2012 – a truly magnificent game-changer.

My least favourite pop star continues to wear designs from my favourite designers, and I hold no designer in higher esteem than Comme des Garcons. Shame. CDG almost makes me like Gaga.
This question is outside the scope of this blog but I wonder — do similarly ridiculous get-ups go down the menswear runways? Makes me curious. Some designs make me wonder whether the designer — male or female — even likes women.
Gaga definately takes full advantage of dressing like a rock star…. as ridiculous as it is… she definately takes full advantage…. the rest of us can’t or won’t (on will) not wear wear this catastrophe…. but she will… lol…
I wonder what her bodyguards be thinking when she comes out in these contraptions… they not only have to protect her but the accessories, bolts, and nuts that she always wears… lol…

Mock me if you must, but I adore this. Gaga has such fun with fashion, just like Commes de Carçons, so this look is naturally fabulous. Not just her gorgeous electric boots caught me eye (which were the perfect compliment IMO) but her willingness to mock herself in grim situations. paws up forever <3
