Camila Cabello In Miri Couture – 2017 Grammy Awards

Camila Cabello brought a fairy-tale vibe to the 2017 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 12) in LA.

For her first red carpet appearance as a solo artist, the former Fifth Harmony singer turned up the princess charm in a Miri Couture ball gown—her long, flowing black locks a striking counterpoint to its muted gray and lavender colours.

With the slight sparkle of the embellished flowers that floated across the gown, there was a youthful whimsy to this look that we might assign to even younger starlets. But, at 19, this is a perfect time for Camila to wear it.

While the Grammys can tend to be all about provocative, edgy fashion entrances, it was lovely to see her embrace a softer side.

2013 MTV Video Music Awards - Red Carpet

The Fifth Harmony pretties were out in force at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Staying in tune with each other’s style, the ‘Me & My Girls’ singers debuted a coordinated track of neon yellow, dark blue and black ensembles, whilst all wearing long, romantic waves.

Dinah-Jane Hansen: Setting the tone in a Topshop satin jumpsuit in a bright chartreuse shade with matching pumps, Dinah piled on the punk with a leather cutout The Ragged Priest jacket and a chain pendant necklace.

Lauren Jauregui: Legs were the name of Lauren’s game in her navy uber-mini dress, belted at the waist and worn with black platform booties.

Ally Brooke: Ally also put her pins on display in leather hot pants and a buttercup-yellow crop top.

Normani Kordei: Following Dinah’s punkish mood, Normani flung a studded leather jacket over her empire-waist cocktail dress, overlaid with a flurry of organza. She finished the frock off with embellished heels.

Camila Cabello: Taking the girliest route of the group, Camila’s flirty baby-doll Jones + Jones ‘Laura’ frock with a lace bodice and full pleated skirt got a positive boost from her bright coral-pink lippie—and a negative one with those clunk-tastic Topshop ‘Prudance’ platform sandals.

Do you have a favourite Fifth Harmony look, or did their sartorial selections leave you with a sense of discord?
