Dakota Fanning Makes the Case for The Row Simplicity

Dakota Fanning attended the SAG-AFTRA Foundation Conversations for her new film, The Sun Never Sets, held at The Meryl Streep Center for Performing Artists in Los Angeles this week.

The actress went the understated route, wearing a simple black dress from The Row Resort 2027 collection.

And this really is as simple as simple gets. The clean neckline, fitted silhouette and knee-length hem are completely in keeping with The Row’s approach, while matching Liisa pumps and a Cartier watch maintained that minimalist mood.

The one detail that gave the look a little more personality was the black headscarf. Dakota is right on trend here, as headscarves have been making a noticeable return on the celebrity circuit this summer, and I like how hers works with the simplicity of the dress instead of feeling like an unrelated accessory.
