Glen Powell’s Relaxed Jimmy Kimmel Look Comes With Brisket

Glen Powell arrived at the El Capitan Theatre on Monday for his appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, where he was promoting the second season of his Hulu comedy series Chad Powers, with Jelly Roll serving as guest host.

And Glen didn’t arrive alone. His rescue dog Brisket was along for the ride, comfortably settled into a carrier as the actor made his way into the studio. Glen adopted Brisket while filming Twisters, and the pup has since become a regular companion for premieres, press appearances and even magazine shoots.

The actor arrived wearing a navy King & Tuckfield cardigan – a label also loved by noted knitwear enthusiasts Chris Evans and Ryan Gosling – which provided a lightweight alternative to a jacket.

Worn over a white vest with straight-leg jeans and black boots, the whole look had an easy, everyday quality that feels particularly suited to Glen. There’s nothing complicated about it, but the cardigan adds enough pattern and texture to elevate what is essentially a vest-and-jeans combination.

Between Brisket tucked under one arm and a can of LaCroix sparkling water in the other hand, this might be the most relatable celebrity arrival picture I’ve seen in a while. I’m sending it straight to my sister, who has crates of LaCroix in her store cupboard. This celebrity endorsement will completely validate her obsession with the drink.
