Emily Blunt Wore Tamara Ralph Couture To The ‘Disclosure Day’ Paris Photocall
Emily Blunt attended the Disclosure Day photocall held at the Shangri-La Hotel Paris today, and for anyone questioning whether this might be too dressed up for daylight press, my answer is simple: in Paris, absolutely not. Especially not at the start of a major press tour.

The British actress wore a Tamara Ralph Spring 2025 Couture look featuring a sculpted black velvet corset paired with an intricately draped pearl-embroidered skirt that transformed what could have been straightforward tailoring into something far more theatrical.

There is something undeniably grand about this look, where couture glamour meets decorative fantasy, almost like jewellery turned into clothing.
I will admit, a pearl skirt will always send my mind back to Kim Kardashian’s Schiaparelli 2023 Met Gala look, because that visual memory is impossible to shake, but Tamara Ralph approaches the idea slightly differently here.
The runway version arrived with a sharply tailored velvet jacket complete with sculpted shoulders and pearl buttons, but the corset gave the look more ease. It also stopped the outfit from veering too formal for a daytime setting.
Was it dressy for a photocall? Yes. Was it too dressy? Not for Paris, not for a film launch, and certainly not for a press tour opener where setting the tone matters. If anything, this felt like Emily signalling that the fashion side of this tour is going to be worth watching.
