It is not easy to stand out during fashion week. Between the crowds inside and outside the venues, everyone is competing for attention. Yet one newcomer quietly built momentum and managed to cut through the noise was Olandria Carthen.

With just three looks, she showed real range. A sculptural golden goddess moment at Rahul Mishra. A ’70s bohemian queen turn at Valentino. And a red draped couture moment in Robert Wun.

The Robert Wun Couture look blew me away. It was pure theatre, especially with the styling.
