Stéphane Bak Wore Loewe To The ‘Chien 51’ Venice Film Festival Photocall and Premiere
I’m always fascinated by how brand ambassadors navigate when a creative director moves on. Josh O’Connor and Greta Lee have already pivoted to Dior, but Stéphane Bak? He’s Loewe through and through. Campaigns, front-row appearances since 2021 — his bond feels unshakable.

Photocall
His first look, from the Loewe Pre-Fall 2025 collection, was a short-sleeve pink shirt with black pleated trousers and Campo derbies. Free from the brand’s usual anagram-heavy quirks, it was stripped back and straightforward.

Premiere & Closing Ceremony
Then came the showstopper. In an era obsessed with oversized menswear, Stéphane chose precision. His slim-fit white single-breasted Loewe suit looked genuinely bespoke, not “bespoke-ish.” You could tell from the cut it was built for him. Black Crown Oxfords grounded the look, but it was the tailoring that had me locked in.
Two very different Loewe moments — one muted, one meticulous — but together they showed why Stéphane hasn’t strayed. Loewe still feels like home for him.
