Halle Berry Wore Celia Kritharioti Couture To The ‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere
Halle Berry returned to the Cannes Film Festival red carpet for the Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning premiere, and my jaw has been on the floor—for all the wrong reasons.

What happened? Because the disconnect between this festival and her style is so confusing, as this Celia Kritharioti Spring 2025 Couture strapless gown feels completely off-pitch. Juvenile is the word that comes to mind. The black bodice with the puffy pink gingham skirt combo reads more Guest attends the “Mission Impossible – The Final Reckoning” red carpet than jury member.
And even if, by some styling miracle, she could’ve sold this look, the execution just isn’t there. Hair, shoes, attitude—it’s all falling flat, ironically for a gown with that many puffy elements. It’s giving Sweet 16, not seasoned star.
Halle, it’s time. Throw on that Gaurav Gupta gown you may still have in your suite and reclaim your red carpet crown. Because right now? We’re two looks in, and still waiting for that Cannes moment.
Chopard jewels and Aquazzura shoes completed her look.
