Caitriona Balfe Wore Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini To The ‘Outlander’ 10th Anniversary Celebration

Caitriona Balfe attended the 10th anniversary celebration of ‘Outlander’ during PaleyFest 2024 at The Paley Museum in New York City on Wednesday. The evening turned emotional as both Caitriona and co-star Sam Heughan reflected on their decade-long journey with the series, particularly during the screening of a touching parting scene.
While the event celebrated a milestone for the beloved show, Caitriona’s outfit had a laid-back, understated vibe. She wore a Philosophy Di Lorenzo Serafini panelled asymmetric-hem mini dress from the Pre-Fall 2024 collection. The biscuit hue of the dress was a great choice for fall, lending a warm, earthy feel to her look. The frill from the asymmetrical hem added just the right amount of playfulness, keeping the outfit from feeling too basic.
Though Caitriona opted for black tights—practical given the October chill—I can’t help but envision how nude tights or even a pop of colour like forest green or dark emerald would have elevated the overall ensemble. It would have brought a bit more depth and seasonal warmth to the look.
The second part of ‘Outlander’s’ seventh season is set to drop on November 22.
