Lea Michele Wore SHUSHU/TONG To The 2023 Footwear News Achievement Awards
Lea Michele attended the 2023 Footwear News Achievement Awards on Wednesday (November 29) in New York City, where Roger Vivier’s creative director Gherardo Felloni was named Designer of the Year.
This award is an extraordinary honour as Felloni enters his 6th year at the House, and a highly merited accolade that is a testament to his transformative vision driving Roger Vivier as it has evolved into a 360° accessories house offering handbags, jewellery, gloves, belts and other accessories on top of its footwear collection for women and men.
Lea led the celebrations attending the event wearing a white lace top and skirt from the SHUSHU/TONG Spring 2024 collection, which was seamless enough to look like a dress.
I know what you’re thinking.
Why would you wear black tights with a white lace sheer skirt featuring pair of built-in underwear?
If you have the answer, please tell me, because I have never been more baffled.
Granted, it’s cold in New York, and tights are required, but this wasn’t the look to wear black tights with.
Nude would have been better, or Lea needed a rethink on the outfit.
