Virginie Silla Wore Imane Ayissi Haute Couture To The 'Dogman' Venice Film Festival Photocall

Producer Virginie Silla attended the photocall for her film, ‘Dogman’ during the 2023 Venice International Film Festival on Thursday (August 31).

I was excited to see Imane Ayissi back on the red carpet again, as we have seen the designers looks on the red carpet since we were introduced to the label back in November 2019 thanks to Zendaya.

This Imane Ayissi Fall 2023 Haute Couture embroidered top made of scraps of a cotton Adire from Mali, paired with purple trousers, sees the designer continue to meld traditional African art inspired pieces and his use of innovative fabrics with western fashion.

The end result is contemporary creativity which is both exotic and evocative.

I’m obsessed with the colours and construction of the one-shoulder top which is truly unique, and I couldn’t be more excited about her choice of purple sandals.
