Dakota Fanning Wore Loewe To The Hollywood Reporter Power Stylists Dinner

Dakota Fanning made a return to the red carpet in support of her stylist Samantha McMillen for The Hollywood Reporter And Jimmy Choo Power Stylists dinner held at The Terrace at Sunset Tower on Tuesday (March 28) in West Hollywood, California.

Loewe’s Anthurium is proving to be a hit with celebrities such as Zendaya, Adwoa Aboah and now Dakota Fanning.

Unlike Adwoa’s dress, Dakota’s leather mini features one delicately placed shiny anthurium flower boob cover.

I’m sure many wondered how this look would translate on the red carpet, as the potential for side boob and under boob appeared to be very high, there is little to no danger of any wardrobe malfunctions, so we need not have worried.

I would imagine that the stem is made from wire or a coil, and that there is a lot of tape attaching the anthurium to her body.

You won’t be surprised to learn that the commercial version of this dress has full coverage and the anthurium attached to the shoulder strap.

For those of you who wanted Dakota to break free from neutral tones, and safe styles, what are your thoughts on her taking a leap outside her comfort zone?

I’m excited to see Dakota in a look I would never have selected for her. It feels like a bold step, so hopefully she will be more daring in the future.

However, I believe that even a ponytail would’ve elevated this look further.
