Public Counsel’s Annual William O. Douglas Award Dinner
The Public Counsel’s Annual William O. Douglas Award Dinner celebrating Viola Davis took place at The Beverly Hilton on Saturday (December 11) in California.
The woman of the hour usually serves up plenty of colour, but on this occasion Viola Davis opted for a black St. John chain halter Milano knit column gown which she styled with a Tyler Ellis clutch.
My disappointment in her not wearing colour lasted all of 5 seconds, because I was almost immediately enamoured by the sensual, flattering silhouette and the overall elegance.
I’m not sure why Andra Day is serving up these stunning looks after her awards season run, but I’m just glad she’s found her groove.
It’s not often (if at all) that we get a mini dress from the singer-actress.
