Gemma Chan Wore Jason Wu Collection To The Clooney Foundation For Justice Inaugural Albie Awards

Gemma Chan joined Jodie Turner-Smith on the red carpet for the Clooney Foundation For Justice Inaugural Albie Awards held at the New York Public Library on Thursday (September 29) in New York City. 

As one of the British ambassador’s for Louis Vuitton, you may be surprised to learn that this strapless pink ruffled gown is from the Jason Wu Collection.

You might be relieved that this look signals that her contact doesn’t appear to be as strict as Lea Seydoux, or Ana de Armas, but when that next promo tour rolls around, Gemma will for sure be in LV.

Back to this gown. 

For me, it was nice to see her return to her more delicate, girlie aesthetic.

As we all know LV is currently in warrior princess mode, so this softer look felt refreshing.

And it was nice to see Gemma in a different silhouette, as all but one of her custom LV dresses have a column silhouette.
