Kering Foundation’s Caring For Women Dinner Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the Kering Foundation’s Caring for Women dinner held at The Pool on Park Avenue on Thursday (September 15) in New York City, which was also attended by Jodie Turner-Smith and Emma Watson.

Salma Hayek was dressed in Gucci.

I know you are all going so say that this look is dated.  But there’s an old Hollywood feel to this look that I’m finding myself gravitating to.

Does it feel a little costumey?  Yes.  

Slimming down on the accessories would’ve presented an entirely different, perhaps more modern look, but considering that she was front and center at this event as the grande dame of Kering, I kinda get it.

Karlie Kloss did look good in this Alexander McQueen puff off-the-shoulder taffeta dress; yet it kinda feels a little too casual considering how many gala-style gowns were seen at this event.

While I got the same “casual” feel from Andra Day in this Alexander McQueen Barathea graffiti boxy jacket and wide leg trouser look, this is one of her best looks to date, so I’ll take it as I love the print and the bold blue colour.
