Tessa Thompson Wore Christopher John Rogers To The ‘Bones & All’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

Tessa Thompson’s third night out in a row during the 2022 Venice Film Festival was for the ‘Bones & All’ premiere on Friday (September 2) in Italy.

Much like Jodie Turner-Smith, Tessa has this event in a choke hold as she hasn’t been afraid to push the boundaries fashion-wise since arriving in Venice.

Could she be paying homage to vintage styles of the 1930s on this occasion?

Her Christopher John Rogers Resort 2023 corset and bustle skirt seem to suggest so.

This is a typical representation of the designer’s style from the voluminous silhouette, sharp tailoring, and unabashed use of this neon-green colour.

Tessa wasn’t about to let just the colour do all the talking, as she added a veil to amp up the drama, along with the return of her 5ft long braided ponytail which we last saw at the ‘Creed II’ London premiere.
