Jennifer Slate Wore Giambattista Valli To The ‘Marcel The Shell With Shoes On’ New York Premiere
Jenny Slate attended the premiere of ‘Marcel The Shell With Shoes On’ held at the Whitby Hotel on Saturday (June 18) in New York City.
Looking at this Giambattista Valli Spring 2022 white tweed bralette with gold metallic braided trim and a floral print midi skirt, you might be having a touch of déjà vu, which I felt at first.
Maddie Hasson’s GBV floral skirt was similar, but the fabric was totally different, and Tessa Thompson’s GBV bralette also had a gold trim but in a different fabrication.
What all three looks have is in common is classic romanticism fused with a contemporary allure.
Jenny has always been attracted to floral designs, but this is her first foray into the crop tops, so I love how the look exudes a carefree summertime feel, especially when styled with all white accessories.
