Jurnee Smollett Wore Alexander Vauthier Promoting ‘Spiderhead’
My girl Jurnee Smollett is finally back in the spotlight promoting her new film ‘Spiderhead,’ so we have a promo tour and premiere to look forward to.
Starting with the promo tour, the actress picked up where she left off wearing one of her favourite designers: Alexandre Vauthier.
There’s a fine line between an outfit that is ’80s-inspired and one that is ‘80s-themed, and I feel this falls firmly in the former thanks to the silhouette that may conjure images of ’80s oversized, bulky jackets, but the beauty of this one lies in not only the colour, but the belt which is artfully placed to cinch the waist.
I’ll admit that I wouldn’t have been into the Fall-like hue of her Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ patent leather pumps, had it not been for the Prince of Wales skirt.
I can’t wait for her premiere look.
