Models @ The 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

We can’t forget the models who attended the 2022 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday (March 27), who served up more black dresses than usual.

I was encouraged by Alessandra Ambrosio giving us a new designer as she tends to favour Julian Macdonald and Zuhair Murad, but on this occasion she wore a beautiful Stéphane Rolland Spring 2022 Haute Couture look.

I already know what the reservations will be when it comes to this ensemble.

Her look was styled with an OMEGA De Ville Ladymatic timepiece.

Jake Gyllenhaal broke a thousand hearts (including my sisters) when he stepped onto the red carpet with his model girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu.

She of course was wearing the Loewe metal plate dress from the Spring 2022 collection which we first saw in grey on Zendaya.

The look was styled with Loewe’s rose heel sandals and a Loewe bracelet pouch with solar metal panel.

Anok Yai was looking strikingly beautiful while bringing this white patchwork lace Olivier Theyskens Spring 2022 gown to life.

Adwoa Aboah made sure her first Vanity Fair Oscar Party was a memorable one wearing this Christopher Esber Fall 2022 shimmering gown.

Amber Valletta kept the sultry Saint Laurent vibes going this weekend with her second look from Anthony Vaccarello.

Camila Morrone wore an Alexandre Vauthier Spring 2022 Haute Couture silver gradient sequin and bead-embroidered gown.

I love how the back is open to add a sultry touch to this look which she styled with Jimmy Choo ‘Farley’ pumps.

Jasmine Tookes was as stunning as ever wearing a Celia Kritharioti black and white gown styled with a Yessayan diamond arm wrap bracelet.

Thankfully Joan Smalls was in the mood for high glamour, as she stepped onto the red carpet wearing an Elie Saab Spring 2021 Haute Couture feather and crystal embellished gown styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Just Queen’ sandals.

I’m glad she ditched the train, as it wasn’t needed.

KarolĂna KurkovĂĄ wore a crochet Gabriela Hearst dress with Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps that just didn’t register as a Vanity Fair Oscar Party look.

It’s more hosting a summer dinner party in the Hamptons.

Kendall Jenner went for a dramatic Balenciaga Spring 2022 gown and injected zero personality into the look.

Taylor Hill’s simple, yet stunning Alexandre Vauthier Fall 2021 Haute Couture black strapless bustier gown was styled with David Yurman jewels.

Precious Lee wore a Christian Cowan embroidered dress bonded with a fuchsia silk satin, which she complemented with matching sandals.

Olivia Culpo wore this Carolina Herrera gown which was a little dated to me. Had this featured a full skirt, I could have been on board with this.

As always her day to day style is much more appealing than her red carpet style.

Chrissy Teigen shimmered her way down the red carpet with her Gucci-clad husband John Legend wearing a Georges Hobeika Couture gown styled with Lorraine Schwartz jewels, Alexandre Birman sandals and a Judith Leiber clutch.

Barbara Palvin followed the model dress code of the night wearing a Missoni black chevron knit scoop neck dress with bandeau bodice cutout from the Fall 2022 collection.
