Sonam Kapoor joined Emma Raducanu on the red carpet for the British Vogue and Tiffany & Co. party to celebrate Fashion and Film during London Fashion Week on Monday (September 20).
The actress wore what’s fast becoming the colour of the month: red.
Her Alexander McQueen exploded ruffles dress from the Pre-Fall 2021 collection is made from poly faille.
It make look like taffeta, but this fabric holds up.Â
Not just in terms of creases and wrinkles, but in terms of structure, as those explosive ruffles never looked in danger of wavering.
This dress needed a belt to temper the volume, as not to overwhelm her.
I adore how the black Alexander McQueen Tread heel Chelsea boots infuse a mild military air along with the belt, and her topping off the look with a matching red Alexander McQueen sculptural mini jewelled satchel.
It’s so good to see her out again, as we’ve only been able to enjoy her looks via Instagram.
