Olivia Rodrigo Wore Dior & Dior Haute Couture To The BRIT Awards 2021

Ahead of her guest appearance on SNL this weekend, Olivia Rodrigo hit the red carpet in London for The BRIT Awards 2021 on Tuesday (May 11).

I’ll admit, I don’t know much about Olivia Rodrigo, but the fact that Dior dressed her in two looks is enough for me to know she is (or is going to be) a big deal.

For the red carpet she wore a Dior Pre-Fall 2021 tulle bustier dress in a fun highlighter shade of yellow.

I love how every element has been considered to envelop a sense of fantasy that feels modern, and not too princessy.

I think the black belt and Dior shoes kept this look grounded.

Olivia became the woman in red as she sang her teen romantic breakout hit ‘Driver’s License’ on a stage at the O2 Arena, surrounded by blue digital butterflies.

At 18-years-old you may think that this Dior Haute Couture red silk dress with tonal sequin embroidered underpinnings is a bit too mature for her.

But having listened to the melodic song, I feel like the look matches the mood in being undeniably romantic while being wrapped in a vision of modern femininity.

Dior jewelry and Dior shoes also completed this look.
