Vanessa Paradis Wore Chanel For The 2020 Deauville American Film Festival Closing Ceremony

Vanessa Paradis, who is the president of the jury for the 2020 Deauville American Film Festival, presented her last look at the closing ceremony on Saturday (September 12) in France, where she received the ‘Distinction Numérique’ from the National Audiovisual Institute (INA).

The actress has been consistently consistent.  But that is what we’ve come expect from Vanessa.

She rarely leaves me breathless, but she also never leaves me wanting more.  Every look she presents seems to do enough to quench my appetite.

Her final look was of course from Chanel.  This time hailing from the Fall 2020 Haute Couture collection.

The first thing I did when I saw this look was Google, “Vanessa Paradis Trousers,” and to my surprise, it’s not that uncommon, but her trousers of choice are usually leather pants or jeans.

I feel like this was Vanessa’s best look of the festival.

As you know I adore jumpsuits, but this black Chanel Fall 2020 Haute Couture silk jumpsuit is particularly special.

Mostly because of the details such as the embroidered belt, cut of the overlay, the bow-accented train and gathered bodice.

But I was also swept away by the quiet glamour that is radiating from this look.

Chanel shoes – I’m guessing her favourite tuxedo pumps – plus the Chanel Jewelry Comète ring in 18K white gold and diamonds completed her look.

Throughout the festival Vanessa was made up with Chanel makeup.
