NET-A-PORTER is introducing a new pre-order service, offering early access to exclusive runway pieces. You can now pre-order the most-wanted items from fall/winter ’20 collections, and be the first to wear next season’s looks.

PRE-ORDER FAQs
What does pre-ordering mean?

NET-A-PORTER customers will now have early access to upcoming collections by pre-ordering select styles marked ‘pre-order.’ This means the pre-purchased items will be secured and sent as soon as they are available.

How do I pre-order?
Simply add pre-order styles to the shopping bag and proceed to checkout as usual. After purchase, an order confirmation will be sent with an allocated delivery slot.

When will my pre-order arrive?
As soon as your pre-ordered item has been shipped, an email with the tracking details will be sent out. Please note that when purchasing a pre-order item, any items from our current collection in your Shopping Bag will not be shipped until the pre-order is ready to be sent. If you would prefer to receive current pieces sooner, we suggest placing separate orders.

Can I make any changes to or cancel a pre-order?
If you change your mind or need to amend your order, please contact NET-A-PORTER’s Customer Care within 9 days to amend or cancel your order. After 9 days, changes to sizing and shipping address will not be an option. However, canceling an order will continue to be an option after 9 days and until the order is shipped.

Can pre-ordered items be returned?
If your purchase isn’t quite right, pre-ordered items are eligible for return or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Simply sign in to your account to request a return or contact NET-A-PORTER’s Customer Care team for assistance.
