Jessie J’s Pre-Grammys Style In Fannie Schiavoni & Zuhair Murad Couture

Jessie J's Pre-Grammys Style In Fannie Schiavoni & Zuhair Murad Couture

There has been much ado about Jessie J making her red carpet debut with on-again boyfriend Channing Tatum this weekend, but were here to talk about her fashion.

The British singer took to the red carpet for two pre-Grammys events; firstly the MusiCares Person Of The Year honoring Aerosmith on Friday (January 24), and the Grammy Salute honoring Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on Saturday (January 25).

MusiCares Person Of The Year Honoring Aerosmith:  Fannie Schiavoni’s is known for her ultra glamorous party wear, so this silver ‘Izabel’ dress – that has been assembled from hand-linked chainmail – couldn’t have been a more perfect look for Grammy weekend; especially considering the sultry asymmetric skirt.

The material is quite heavy, so kept her accessories light with a matching Jimmy Choo ‘Callie’ bag and Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Harmony sandals.

You may remember that Ashley Graham wore this same dress back in March, and the person who this dress was named after – Izabel Goulart – has been spotted in this dress as well.

Pre-GRAMMY Gala and GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons Honoring Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs:  The mood turned vampy for the second event, which saw Jessie don a Zuhair Murad Fall 2019 Couture off-the-shoulder, fully embroidered long sleeve gown.

In terms of the sheerness, I like that the layer is nude so it doesn’t feel so revealing.

This is Grammy weekend, and we are likely to see a lot of attention grabbing, near naked looks, so this feels like an small appetizer.

    Both looks are damn sexy

I like both but prefer the Zuhir Murad. The lining is done well, and prevents the look from seeming too thirsty.

The Zuhair Murad Couture is her best-ever look, but it’s a shame about the makeup that doesn’t match her face. It photographs in both photos as too white.

    I dislike both.

Nothing new but she looks hot and event appropriate.

Both are fine but feel a tad dated.

Yes, and I find the makeup very aging in the second look.

I really like the first look: it’s sexy, flattering and the styling is on point. For the second look, I’m not bothered with the sherness of it but I don’t like the hair and makeup.

I think both looks work quite well – the 1st one is slinky and sexy, she’s working it but not too hard; the 2nd gown fits her very nicely, lovely styling as well (she looks a bit stiff in the shoulders, but I’ll assume it’s just this particular shot). For the pre-Grammys it goes.

I like everything (even the tired Murad) except the red eye makeup. Worst trend of 2020.

    I actually don’t mind either.
The Isabel dress seems to work well on all bodies. The slit is wayyyy more open than I like…but she looks sexy. And grammy ready.
the second is nice. I dont mind the lining here as it keeps the dress feeling lighter. Looking good!
