Ciara’s LWD & Black Boots Combo For Beautycon Los Angeles
Ciara attended day 2 of Beautycon Los Angeles 2019 on Sunday (August 11) in California, where she announced that she is currently in the process of creating her own beauty line.
I’m not sure what is currently going on style-wise with Ciara, but I was feeling very underwhelmed by this outing.
Could it be the style of this Acler Resort 2020 white cut out dress not living up to her previous looks, or the combination with the black Casadei suede over-the-knee boots (in summer)?
I don’t know, but what I do know is she can do a hell of a lot better than this.
It feels very mid-range, whereas her style is on a super A-list level.
I don’t get this at all.
