Cate Blanchett attended the New York screening for ‘Where’d You Go, Bernadette’ held at the Metrograph on Monday (August 12).

Just because it was a screening, Cate was not about to dial down the glamour.

The Australian actress who has made power suiting her own, appeared to take things up a notch with her latest look from the Alexander McQueen Fall 2019 collection.

It’s all about the blue satin sleeves that adds a sculptural element to this blazer, but one can’t ignore the expert tailoring and modern perspective.

If you’re wondering why Cate opted for the blue and not the red, don’t forget that she did red back in 2018 at Cannes Film Festival.
