Deepika Padukone Goes Green At The Grazia Awards
Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone walked the red carpet at the Grazia Millenial Awards 2019 in Mumbai on Wednesday (June 19), where she received an award.
I was sent this picture by a reader, so I did what I always do, which is research the event and pictures.
What was very telling, is that I could only find one picture of Deepika from the front in this Ashi Studio Spring 2019 Haute Couture two-piece look.
I love the colour, the fabrication and the unusual design (that some might liken to a green airbag), but Deepika only willing to pose with this look from the back, tells me perhaps that she wasn’t really feeling this look, so it begs the question, “why wear it?”
Personally I think the look is pretty awesome, I wish she had the confidence in it to show it off.
