Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Looks Stylish In Yellow For The Trooping the Colour

To celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s official birthday, the royal family don their Sunday best and do the rounds of London as part of the traditional Trooping the Colour ceremony.

2019 marks the ninth time Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has taken part in the proceedings and, fashion wise, this might just be her best year yet.

The Duchess celebrated the current season in a butter yellow Alexander McQueen dress.

The stylish royal added a gorgeous matching yellow fascinator by Philip Treacy, the same one she wore the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The sophisticated updo and subtle makeup and jewelry, along with a single colour that she carries through both her dress and hat, has become a signature for the Duchess at this event.

Her chignon has become slightly more elaborate as the years go on, a departure from the loose waves that marked her earlier appearances.
