Dwayne Johnson Goes Retro In Velvet For The TIME 100 Gala
TIME 100 most influential cover star Dwayne Johnson toasted his honor at the Gala held in New York City on Tuesday (April 23).
The actor, aka The Rock, embraced velvet, which was not only a trend during the holiday season, but spring, and even last summer.
While some of you probably can’t fathom wearing both velvet and a cashmere turtleneck as we stride into summer, you’ve gotta admit how suave the actor looks in this ’70s-style Ralph Lauren Purple Label double-breasted dark camel suit from the Fall 2019 collection.
My joy for this look was further compounded when I spotted that his footwear wasn’t black.
