Carey Mulligan In Chanel – 2019 Film Independent Spirit Awards

Carey Mulligan attended the 2019 Film Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday (February 23) in Santa Monica, California, where she was nominated for Best Female Lead for ‘WIldlife.’

We all know that Carey has a no-fuss policy on the red carpet, but on this occasion she dazzled in a head-turning bejeweled dress from Chanel’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection.

I love how the dress combines old-time glamour with a coolly contemporary vision of femininity, my only wish is that Carey has slicked her hair back like the model.

When it comes to the boots, I’m glad she opted out of wearing them.
