Lady Gaga In Tom Ford, Asher Levin, Vex & Atelier Versace – ‘Enigma’ Tour
The ‘Enigma’ tour began on Friday (December 28) at the Park Theater in Las Vegas, Nevada, with Lady Gaga performing in front of more than 6,400 people.
She blasted through her discography with a colourful blend of material, and dazzling outfits.
If Gaga fans felt that their mother monster had gone too commercial while promoting ‘A Star Is Born’, the singer was back to her fashion-forward best wearing a Tom Ford silver mosaic catsuit which looks to have been inspired by the Spring 2014 collection.
Complete with matching boots, the artistry came into effect when she donned the bespoke mirrored eye mask and headpiece by London milliner Lara Jensen.
When you see the second look by Asher Levine, you won’t be surprised to learn that Levine’s work was recently featured in ‘Items: Is Fashion Modern?’ for the Museum of Modern Art.
The designer opted to light up Lady Gaga and her dancers in a Sci-Fi circuit board look. The suit is made of reflective anatomical inspired patterns and finished with illuminating armor accessories.
This futuristic aesthetic and modern use of material and technology, is something we haven’t seen from Lady Gaga in a while. In this custom look it looks like a chic, rocker cyborg, sent from outer space.
Gaga closed the show wearing a custom made shimmer latex design by Vex. The intricate design features a unique nude latex colourway with an iridescent sheen, crafted into an asymmetrically structured bodysuit.
The pieces from the Vex showroom show the intricate aspects in more detail.
If I attended a meet and greet at a Lady Gaga concert, this is exactly how I would want the singer to present herself.
My first thought when I saw this custom-made Atelier Versace Haute Couture purple catsuit; fully embellished with silver, blue, purple and jet-black Swarovski crystals, is that it would’ve looked great on Amber Heard for ‘Aquaman.’
