Dua Lipa In Valentino & Christopher Kane – 2018 Bambi Awards

Dua Lipa joined Penelope Cruz at the 2018 Bambi Awards on Friday (November 16) in Berlin, Germany. The singer took home the ‘International Music’ award.

Red Carpet: The English performer charmed in this Valentino Spring 2019 gown. It is soft but it doesn’t fade into the background courtesy of the frills and cascade of embellishment. The bandeau is a more appropriate choice than wearing it unlined, but I question whether a lining could have been better at retaining a sense of illusion.

Performance: She toughened up a Christopher Kane Spring 2019 dress with fishnet tights and chunky platform boots. The harder details play off the uneven hem. The neck embellishment was removed in favour of earrings.
