Lupita Nyong’o was back on the red carpet for the 2019 Breakthrough Prize Ceremony held on Sunday (November 4) in Mountain View, California.

The actress was offering high-octane glamour in Oscar de la Renta’s lamé mousseline tiered gown from the Spring 2019 collection.

I love how the luxe look captures the glamorous feel of the American label thanks to the metallic gold finish, and how Lupita incorporates that into her hair with her Bae Locs.

As always, she looks like a true African queen.
